I ordered the women 8mm gold but I went with the most popular size and fitted me small so I tried to do an exchange but I think at that time the one I wanted was not available so I did a return instead. It took a little long to get the money back so It contacted them and they helped do the exchange what was perfect for me because I really liked the chain it was beautiful and looks good quality. The communication was really good and Lucy always answered me fast really good customer service and the perfect solution for me. Thanks Lucy

I ordered a chain and upon receiving it…
I ordered a chain and upon receiving it I had to send it back right away for an Exchange for the right size . At first they said everything was in place for the exchange to take pace and it was goning to take about 10 days to process the returned package and have the new order send. Well that was on May 4, today is June 2nd and I haven’t even received a tracking shipment number yet.
Everytime I call they keep saying they working on it and I should be receiving a shipment confirmation with the next 24 to 72 hours, but still I don’t get anything. So frustrating I was going to buy more products from them , but now I’m questioning if I should.
