Horrible customer service. They present the 5mm chain as if it's the size of my bracelet. I received this chain and it is 1/5 the size. They offer a refund but charge me 10 dollars to do so. They are disgusting people. Way to screw up a perfectly good opportunity. Promote your stuff accurately and you will get better results. Temu #2. Never do business with these clowns !!

I watched a few videos from a trusted jewelry influencer, who kept glazing JAXXON. Kept saying their chains were "gold over silver" and "silver". I look through their website, find a chain I like, don't see anything indicating the chain isn't silver. I then decided I wanted the same style, but thicker. I go looking and find the listing for it... or so I thought. The chain comes in, and it's immediately obvious it's steel. I go back to the webpage to look it over and sure enough, it's platinum-coated steel. I had no reason to think it wasn't silver, since the thinner version appeared to be, and I had already read the description of that one.
Why wasn't it made apparent that I wasn't buying the same chain, same material, just a bit bigger? The colour selection is even labelled as "Silver". Not "Silver-coloured", not "Silver (Steel)—SILVER. I think that was all done deliberately, and I think the "free engraving" offer exists only to reduce returns.
Speaking of, I am trying to initiate a return, but their portal keeps giving me an error. So I reached out to their customer support and they just linked me back to the portal, telling me to e-mail them again if I have issues... Dude. I AM ALREADY HAVING ISSUES! THAT'S WHY I E-MAILED YOU, LIKE YOUR WEBSITE INSTRUCTED!
In closing, (in my opinion) they have deceptive listings, and terrible customer service. Don't buy anything from this website!

I recently purchased Jackson chain and bracelet combo, I was not satisfied with the Quality so I decided that I wanted to return it. Come to find out it can not be returned because they offered free engraving at the time of the purchase, but did not disclose with warning that the item could not be returned when choosing to get it engraved and now I’m stuck with a item I don’t want I just lost over $200 because I don’t plan to wear this junk, Jaxxon needs to change there website to make customers aware that item can not be returned if engraved you won’t find out until you go to return it but by then it’s to late I guess that’s how they make the deal stick lol gotcha!

Great chain and bracelet. I had to return the first one and it was taking pretty long to process. I went through customer service and talked with Cardi who assured me they would take care of the issue that day. They kept there word because within a day my refund was processed. Exchange policy
Quality of merchandise is amazing. But the exchange policy and turn around for exchange is horrible needs to be fixed. I waited almost a month for my wife Mother’s Day that I had to exchange for a smaller size. Very disappointed with this but other then that quality is amazing and there customer service did respond fairly quickly
