I was worried about poor quality in this product. But I'm very happy to report that it is well built and sturdy overall. And for those of you wondering if it's quiet, at low to moderate speed it's almost SILENT! Even at full power it's not loud. I got overnight delivery and it came in pretty fast, it said 8pm, but it was in around 1pm so i'm very pleased with that. First and foremost DHL delivered it one day early! They said delivery within 24 hours or DHL (1-4 days). This is all a lie. My tracking number does not work and it is with fastaway not DHL. Every time I ask for a number to call, they refuse to provide me one. More and more I am starting to believe this is all and scam and that they do not have warehouses in Australia. Customer service responses are almost illiterate and nothing is being done to service my needs. Stay away from this business.
