We have used this parking in the past and didn’t have any issues but upon returning this time I noticed some odd things… first the passenger seat where I sat when we dropped the truck off was moved around and the seatbelt height was adjusted to someone smaller. Steering wheel was off in position. We then noticed gas was less than what we had dropped it off with and then when we got home we were able to see that a decent amount of mileage was put on the truck as well. We had just had a oil change so were able to see and calculate the mileage. Disappointed to say the least.
I have used these guys so many times. So reliable and professional. Never waited more than 5-10 minutes for pick up and my vehicle is warmed up and ready as soon as we get back.
As usual service at drop off was on point from the reception desk to the shuttle to the airport. It was the same on our return staff who drive the shuttles are very nice and helpful and at reception my check out was smooth and I earned 2 free days which was a great plus.
Have used them several times before always quick getting us back-and-forth to the airport. Will continue to park here for all our flights!! Highly recommend!
The service from the time we arrived at the parking lot to when we got back , it was awesome everything was ready for us !! No soothing whatsoever, thank you
