For the most part the experience was great. We had to wait over 30 minutes for a van to pick us up at the terminal and bring us back to the lot.

I used JFK long-term parking recently and honestly had a really good experience. Booking was easy, and everything was pretty straightforward when I got there. The lot was simple to find and well organized, which made things less stressful. The shuttle came quickly both times, so I didn’t have to wait around long. The staff were very polite, and when I got back, they even helped put my luggage in the trunk, which I really appreciated after a long trip. I felt comfortable leaving my car there since everything seemed secure and well taken care of. Overall, it went better than I expected, and I’ll definitely book with them again next time I’m flying

It took them an Hour to get to the airport to pick Us up. We were freezing ‘
Not the best day...but..
Departure shuttle was great Jerome drove us to JFK. It was a quick trip. Arrivals was ok. We got picked up, but our car was not ready and we had to wait almost 20 minutes for them to get out out from the car puzzle. I always use them so this might have just been an anomaly

Location is very convenient, shuttle always ready to go, my car is always ready when I return, Wait times for shuttle at airport is a little long, but that could be due to construction and quantity of pickups. It would be nice if there was a better pick up location that is only for shuttles/busses.

Smooth process, and good staff. Good value. The reason i subtracted one star is that we called far ahead of time for our car, but when we got to the lot we still had to wait another 15-20 minutes because it was buried in the back - nobody had pulled it out
