Amazing and smooth process, wish there were more shuttles in the evening for getting back to the lot. But 5 starts of course
No one answered my calls when my plane…
No one answered my calls when my plane arrived for 30 minutes to get picked up. Had to take a $27 uber to get back to the lot. They would not reimburse me. Last time I am using this company ever again.

It took 30 mins to pick me up at 1145…
It took 30 mins to pick me up at 1145 pm last night JetBlue terminal 5 - the driver picked up more and more ppl and filled the van. We didn’t arrive back at the parking lot until 1240 pm - I’ve been using air park for over 25 years - NEVER AGAIN - I understand the construction causes traffic but this was ridiculous.
Excellent customer service
Great experience thanks to excellent customer service. Update: Kyle, the manager of the facility, came up to me and explained and apologized for the original wait time getting to the airport, and stated that it would not happen again. Much of the traffic is unavoidable due to construction at JFK. The driver and the front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating on the return trip, which went seamlessly. I got to my destination in time for my conference call, which was a relief! Thank you so much for your attention to customer care!

Waited a full hour to get picked up…
Waited a full hour to get picked up from the airport. Every other parking lots shuttles came twice before ours arrived. The lot is only 10 minutes away. Won’t be parking here again.

The pick up process is difficult
The pick up process is difficult. You have to call them too many times to get through and when you do they take way to long to pick you up. They just don't have enough drivers on the road. Lastly their give you a hassle now when trying to redeem your owed reward days
