Bought 4 bridesmaids dresses in same colour and 2 were a different blue to the other 2! Will look awful in wedding photos and because custom made,they wouldn't refund or compensate even though the colours don't match!! Don't use.

I ordered 2 dresses for my wedding for my flower girls. First one I received as try on and fell in love with it. So I went straight to ordering the second dress. The two dresses stitching color did not match at all. I had chosen the same color for both dresses. I asked to return one dress so that I may get a new one matching in color. An email response was sent to my inbox over 1 week later after I had made the complaint the SAME day on the Arrival of the second dress and they are telling me no refunds or exchanges! Thanks JJs house as my daughters will be walking down my aisle in non matching colors.

I did the try on at home program. They will send up to four dresses out to you, which is amazing. I only got to order three because the other was completely out of stock on the try ons. The stock on try ons are not the same as what is in stock to order on the normal website. The dresses shipped quickly, and they were all very high quality! Dresses fit almost true to size. Only one of the dresses was too wide in the shoulders. I was able to send 2 of the 3 back, and I kept the third. The buying process of the dress I wanted to keep was hard to do through the app, but I did it on desktop, which worked perfectly.

Ordered 2 dresses, which were quickly produced and send to Amsterdam. After that, no activity by the transport compagny. I had contact with JJ's everyday and they tried contacting the DHL several times. In the end the dresses were delivered 1 day before the prom night. Beautiful dresses.
I got my transport cost back from JJ's for the inconvenience.
So, order long before you need them. They are worth it.

Only reason for 4 stars is shipping with fedex causes numerous delays. Takes forever to get dresses but return shipping is UPS and only took days. Maybe use someone besides fedex for a perfect experience.

The sizing is crazy. 4 out of 7 bridesmaids had to return their dresses. One couldn’t because it arrived 2 weeks late and had to do a weird elastic corset thing. Do not order

'Try on at home' service was useful but a bit time consuming as had to order multiple times to find the right dress/size/colour. However, once we did this we found the right dress! My daughter then changed her mind about the dress when it arrived and the returns process was great - fully refunded promptly (unlike when using similar company Stacees which is turning out to be a nightmare!)

Easy enough website and app to navigate. Dresses seemed true to size, style and quality as expected. Dresses seemed true quite affordable. Dresses were really wrinkled upon arrival and took longer to arrive than expected. I am returning 2 of them so we will see how that processes goes.

Took way longer to get then they advertise (4 weeks). Said it shipped when it’s still in warehouse. Quality was poor. Came in a tiny box and took 1 hour to steam the wrinkles out. Part of the dress was sewn on backwards. Do not recommend for the money.

The quality of the dresses is good, but BEWARE. I lost $75 in shipping fees when I returned the dresses. Even though I used their measurements, they came two sizes too big. Thank goodness I ordered their standard size; the mother of the groom tried the custom path and couldn't return her too big dress. She lost all the money.

I have a really hit and miss experience with JJs House. Last year I purchased a gorgeous green floral dress for my friend’s wedding and it couldn’t have been better. However, my recent purchase of two formal dresses were not so good, the sizes weren’t consistent (I know that’s women’s clothing for you…) and the material felt tacky and poorly made so they didn’t sit correctly when worn. The shoes I bought are comfy but look cheap. The jewellery I have is fine though. It really seems to be a lucky dip on what you order.

Great costumer service, beautiful dress the only thing that bugged me was that the dress I wanted only showed one of its colours instead of all of them, so when ordering my dress I had no clue what the colour I wanted looked like.

UPDATED: The dresses looked good when I received them, but I'd already purchased a try before you buy dress from another company since I did not know when the dresses would get to me and I needed to have things altered. JJ's House refunded my money before I returned the dresses, which I appreciated. I did, of course, return the dresses to them.

Did try before you buy without issue. Then ordered a bridesmaid dress in April for my sister's wedding and paid for expedited shipping. It is after the expected arrival range, and I haven't received my dresses despite the long lead time required by the company. There is no direct phone number to call. From the response given to the other reviewer, it seems they think their job is done when they hand your dress to the shipping company. JJ's - You need to be able to follow up with the carrier to investigate when things go wrong and respond to the customer. You promise to deliver to the customer's home on your website - not just to hand it to the shipping company.

I’ve updated my review as I did receive the dress, and it looks exactly like the picture—so giving just 1 star wouldn’t be fair. The quality met my expectations. However, I was disappointed with how long it took to arrive.
I ordered a dress on 9th May and still haven’t received it. The tracking link doesn’t work, and the code isn’t recognised. I’ve contacted the company several times via email and Facebook, but I’ve had no response at all. It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored after paying for something that hasn’t arrived. I’ve now had to open a case through PayPal just to try and get this sorted. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service.

I ordered a beautiful dress A-line bridesmaid dress, using JJ's House custom sizing option. I read the sizing guide, watched a video on JJ's House website instructing how to take measurements, and filled in all information requested. When the dress came, the waist band was extremely high, fitting more like an empire-style dress, when the intention is for the band to sit at the narrowest part of the waist. The quality was so-so with the waist band hanging off the dress in places and some spare strings hanging off.
When I contacted JJ's House about the dress not being constructed correctly, they said it was my fault for not providing "hollow to waist" dimension in the extra notes at the end of the ordering process. The term "hollow to waist" is mentioned nowhere in their sizing guide, FAQ, product information, or measurement instruction video. I followed all instructions available on the JJ's House website and did not receive a successful dress. They offered a partial refund to take to a tailor, but a tailor was unable to add fabric/reconstruct the dress to move the waistline to the proper place. I would not buy from here again and would not recommend it to others.
