This company ships as expected and will chat with you online about your order but there is absolutely no way to speak to a human if you have an issue. I was promised a call within 24 hours and never received it. There email response is worthless. Not happy with customer service at all!

I ordered 3 gowns at $10 each to try on. I was charge 163.99 for one of the dresses?? I don't understand when I asked for all three to be try on dresses. I received the 2 try on gowns but not the one they charged me $163.99 for. I have tried on the 2 dresses way to small. I have shipped them back 3 weeks ago and I haven't had any response. I am still waiting for the dress I was charged $163.99.

Beware of sizes.. even when measured.Had delivered a J14 bridesmaid dress-enormous so ordered J12- too tight so ordered different dress again in J14 fit perfect. So with delivery charges and return charges spent £50 more than I should have had too. Sent 2 emails about the query but not heard anything!!!!

The customer service is helpful and caring. The shipping although a little bit expensive, is fast (less than 10 days).

Very happy with the delievery. Got it the last day of the period you predicted, so it just made it! I ordered 17 items, I kept 11 and returned 6. Hope it will be a smooth and easy return process for the items I couldn't keep because of size or quality concerns. The products I kept were wonderful shoes with great quality, a bouquet, perfect earrings and a beautiful neclace for my wedding, two tiaras and more. Recommended, would order from you again. Thanks.

I ordered some bridemaid dresses using the try at home scheme. I ordered them as per the estimated delivery date. My bridemaids live in different parts of the country so I needed them for a specific day. Unfortunately the dresses have arrived far earlier than expected and you have to agree to send them back within 7 days or they charge you the full price. Well this means my bridesmaids wont get to try them so the whole exercise was pointless. Apparently there should be an option to extend the try on period but I dont have this on my account.
So what should be a very straightforward process is now becoming very stressful!

TERRIBLE customer service. The only good thing I can say is the the very poor quality dress got here kinda quick... but retuning it has been near impossible. Granted it was only 135ish dollars, but I would like my 135ish dollars back! And I cant even get an address of where to send it ! Takes weeks to get a reply from CS. Save your money... dont buy JJ's

Shoes and jawellery was amazing and good quality. But paying over 50f for delivery it's definitely too much! Including 30f of "extra cost" but nobody know what it's that

I ordered a wedding dress and it came with an oily stain on it. The customer service answered me with explaining me how to clean it. They are not even able to refund the delivery fees or anything. For a website that sells dresses for 100e minimum, I find it scandalous.
If you want a good advice : never order on this scam website.
Update : after this review and after tagging them on an instagram post about my experience, they emailed me the day after with a promess to refund 30% of the price I paid. I'm happy about that but it's a pity that I had to do all of that to get a discount.

Followed JJ's instructions & it cost me $98 and I didn't even get what I wanted
I asked about a jacket that went with a dress that I bought. I was told that they didn't offer it. Then I got a message that stated if I ordered a different number, and then inform them to change it to the jacket I wanted they would do that. I followed those directions, and the next day I was told it was too late to change unless I wanted to pay even MORE money. I then told them to cancel it becasue I didn't want that jacket they told me to order and I was not paying even more. I was then told it was too late to cancel. so I am out $98 after I have spent several hundred with JJ's over the past few months. Therefore I am not happy with the service.
UPDATE: I was contacted by JJ's House after my review and they did offer me a refund and cancelled my order. So the end result was I got my money back but the whole process was frustrating. Thank you for the refund.

Overall - I'm very pleased with the mother-of-the-groom dress I purchased. I ordered a custom size and what I got fit nearly perfectly. I ordered swatches first (definitely suggest this!)
One thing that could have been better was the armholes. The measurement instructions show you how to measure for that, but for the dress I purchased, that measurement wasn't asked for, and is right up against my armpit. I'll go to a local seamstress to fix that.
Overall, searching and ordering was easy, everything arrived promptly, and I would recommend them!

I was pleasantly surprised with how easy the return.process was after reading the reviews. My emails were answered very quickly and return label provided. I posted my dress back on Saturday and have received my refund today. The reason I returned the dress was because it was way too small (probably 2 sizes) and the material quality was not to my liking.
