Unraveled stitching, painful customer service

Second verse, sucks more than the first!!! After y’all offered to inconvenience me further, by saying you wanted the bag returned, because that was your preference, I said never mind. After y’all already demanded that’s what y’all wanted in my first call, I made the mistake of wasting more of my time calling again, at your request, only to be told the same thing. Build better stuff, and you won’t have to inconvenience your customers. The green dental floss shows up really well when I show it off; especially, in the YouTube video I made about your customer “service” team. Stitching on the handle was unraveling after first use. I called and asked for some thread to repair it myself; they replied that they wanted me ship it to them for repair, instead of them mailing a few inches of thread. What a waste of time, packing and travel, so I repaired the stitching with dental floss.

Fred- if the stitching has come loose on your handle, our preference is to inspect and repair it in accordance with our warranty. We have reviewed the phone recordings and confirmed that we offered to pay for shipping and repair it free of charge. After you expressed that it would be an inconvience not worth the repair, we offered to send you thread to which you responded 'nevermind'. Both of these options are still available to you.

I got the weekender as a gift and after…

I got the weekender as a gift and after one use the bag broke. Even though they were willing to fix it it cost me over $50 in shipping cost that the company should have payed for. For a bag that is $300 should not break after one use.

Bailey- We’ve investigated the issue and have found that although we don’t have record of purchase date, we quoted and repaired the stitching on your bag free of charge. Without proof of purchase date we are unable to cover any shipping charges you may have incurred shipping the item to us. We are happy to report that your bag has been repaired and is in the shipping stages. Please let us know of any confusion regarding $50 in charges as we have not charged you anything.

Customer Service Top Notch

I have purchased from Jon Hart before, but this year, purchasing everything online has made things more difficult. I recommend if you have questions about leather colors, stamps/monograms and leather quality to call and speak with someone. Their customer service is excellent. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. My overall experience was great thanks to such wonderful customer service. Would highly recommend.

I truly cannot say enough amazing…

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Rachelle Wise! She responded to my email right away and worked with me to help fix my problem. With her kindness, hard work, and excellent communication she helped me get my order in time to provide the gifts to my bridesmaids. I was sadly one of the brides who had to cancel her wedding to COVID but being able to provide special gifts to my bridesmaids is a silver lining so they still know how much I love and appreciate them. Rachelle, I truly cannot thank you enough or express my gratitude for your help. You truly performed a Christmas miracle and I am forever grateful!

I'm so excited, just got my order. Shout out to the wonderful Rachelle Wise who helped get my order pushed through production. When I placed my order I was wondering when I would receive it (okay it was only a week, but I was excited and I am a bit impatient.. Lol). Rachelle kept an eye on it for me, provided me updates. Once she said it was on it's way, I got it the very next day. Love my makeup case and my "make it a double wine holder". So impressed with the quality and service. Thank you so much. Michelle :-)

Amazing product, Amazing Customer Service!

Not only does JH have an amazing product (my wife and I have quite a few items) Their customer service is some of the best I have ever had. I was procrastinating on buying my wife a birthday present, I decided to order the "Weekender". I reached out to the team to see if I could get it in time for her birthday, which was only a week away. Rachelle got back to me the following day I placed the order to let me know they had shipped out the order. I got the bag in time for my wife birthday and she was ecstatic. Again, thank. you so much to everyone at Jon Hart. We will be ordering again in the near future.
