Thank you for the quick service in less than a week. I ordered 6 small storage kits, a 2-suiter and 2 sets of coasters and they were all perfectly done in color and monograming. My grandkids will love their special gifts for Christmas.

The handbag I bought I like but, I thought when I bought it that it had some inside pockets. The handbag is good quality but, I think y’all need to add inside pockets.

I would give 5 stars, but more than once the box my item(s) was/were shipped in was damaged (open on a corner, smashed,etc). I do love Jon Hart products! I would say that the price increase on some items is too much. This will limit my shopping with the company to add more items to my collection. I have had some products for 25 years!
I do think paying for shipping is ridiculous when I spent $300.00 You need to consider free shipping options.
Super fast service for a great product! I only WISH they still did the western shell hot stamp monogram. That is what makes the whole bag!
