I purchased a Sigma APO DX DG TeleConverter specially for a lens that I have. The TC was shipped quickly and I received it quickly, It was graded as excellent, and sure enough it looked very good visually. However, the electronics are defective and was obviously not tested before the item was listed. So I now have a TC which cannot be used for the purpose I bought it. No AF or AE information available. This is rather annoying, because I paid for expensive shipping overseas.

KEH sent a EX Pentax Spot Meter after a problem with a previous order. The meter functions very well, was extremely clean, and in my opinion was an EX+ grade. If you receive their gear and have a problem, it will be corrected.

They sent the wrong lens version. Supposed to be a G and it showed up as a D. Great shape but wrong lens. The tag on the product was correct. Nobody looked or knew the difference. Mistakes happen, I get it. My real rub is I sent it back in less than a day. Took time for the RMA. They have had it for 4 days now and can’t receive it into their system. That is just crazy. Won’t send the replacement until they do. Up against a time crunch now. Come on you can do better than this. Get me what I paid for so I can use it for my trip!
