I ordered a Tamron 17-70 f2.8 Sony emount lens, and they sent a Fujifilm x mount, and if they would have looked at the lens cap they would have noticed Fujifilm on it. I reached out to customer service and explained what happened, and he proceeded to tell me I would have to pay the difference for the Sony version? Seriously? I was supposed to get the Sony version! Anyway, not impressed with the company, I’ll stick with MPB.

Customer for years! Thank goodness KEH exists. Item arrived as described and now I just need a camera to put it on. Looking at KEH to fill that need as well. I buy and have sold gear to KEH, always a painless and pleasant process
I was impressed at how well the equipment was packed and protected. The quality was as advertised and, honestly, better than I expected. Definitely better than my experience with Amazon. Very glad I accepted the advice to shop for photography equipment at KEH.
I have been looking for an old model bridge camera by Lumix. Out of the blue I received an ad email for KEH. I had never used them, but it was worth a try. They had what I wanted. It came well packed with a battery and charger. They even added their branded lens cap. I would use them again to buy or sell used cameras.
The camera was perfect. The dispatch was very quick and any delay was at the UK border and therefore not KEH's fault! I'm extremely pleased with my purchase and my only regret is that KEH don't have a UK branch! Probably better for my bank balance though...
The Canon lens that I ordered was in immaculate condition when I received it. The lens works great and it's like I bought it brand new. My order was processed and shipped super fast and I received updates all through the shipping process. My lens was packaged very well with no possibility of damage while shipping. I would definitely recommend KEH to buy camera equipment while saving alot of money over buying new.
Received the camera in plenty of time. It was perfect on the outside, however when I checked the sensor, it was cracked. I suspect that this did not happen in shipping, so this should have been caught by the tech check out.

Purchased two identical battery grips for an old Canon camera. One was rated "good" and the other "bargain." Once I took them both out of their respective wrappings, I couldn't tell which was which! Both work great and look great! Great price, exceptionally fast shipping and always the equipment (and condition!) I hope for.
