Topnotch service from start to finish
Topnotch service from start to finish. The quality of my purchase exceeded my expectations. My need for overnight delivery and communication spot on Thank you.
Don’t sell them your used equipment
Don’t sell them your used equipment. They have unethical business practices. Before sending them 5 items to sell, I asked if any items I didn't agree to the price on would be returned. They said yes and that return shipping would be free of charge. I sent the items and they offered me less than the original quote on 2 items (which I chose to accept) and they offered me zero dollars on 3 items, so I naturally I expected the zero dollar items to be returned. They said I accepted their offer of zero dollars so they would not be returning the items to me and had put them in their inventory. In other words they lied to me and kept my equipment. That is thievery cloaked in fine print. They also offered me substantially less on the two items they had quoted for me during a zoom meeting before I shipped. It's sad how shamelessly KEH takes advantage of people.
Sound quality lens arrived promptly.
Ordered a Panasonic 15mm f/1.7 (graded like-new plus), and it arrived promptly and well packaged in bubble wrap in a box. Looks like it's in fine shape and is working well for me so far.
Perfect!
I received my lens hood in perfect condition. It literally looked brand new! Couldn’t be happier.
Great experience!
Rep was extremely helpful (even for the novice I am). Helped me understand which lens was best. Shipping time exceeded my expectations. I purchased a used lens, which was as described in perfect condition. Would definitely purchase from KEH again and would recommend!
Lens as described and came 2 days early!
Great Experience Selling Equipment
I sold all of my old Canon lenses and camera as well as some olympus equipment today. KEH was efficient, friendly, and no hassle. Also, their payments for the equipment was pretty much exactly the same as I got on the online quote prior to bringing the equipment in. The evaluation was fair and there was no bait and switch. Great experience.

Great deal with fast delivery
Great deal with fast delivery. The Tamaron 18-200mm lens was a great deal for the price, and the BMPCC 6K Pro battery grip has given me a more run-and-gun option.
