I was explaining why KiaPartsNow charged me double for a part and talked to the same lady twice, the second time I talked to her, she hung up on me in an obvious way. I basically gave you around a $90 tip to get the worst customer experience ever!

Do not order they say can return but then can't return electrical parts. What they sent does not belong to my car so I'm disputing payment. Plus they want a copy of box etc. horrible to return. I never used the item so no reason not to return. It was not put on my car and I gave you the vin number. Do not order from here.

I was originally sent a set of floormats, selected by using my VIN. Unfortunately, the ones sent were not correct. After some discussion with the company, they agreed to refund my payment since the fault was with Kia's inventory management. Kudos to Clint for assisting me with this matter.

I ordered a part from them for a kia soul that was supposed to be a manifold catalytic assembly. I recieved a exhaust manifold. I immediately filed a rma with them and sent the part back. I never installed the part or even tool it out of the box. I sent the part back and was told that the part was no longer in new condition even though it was still wrapped in their plastic and everything. They then proceeded to inform me that I will not be getting a refund for the wrong part they sent. Do not buy from this company they are taking advantage of people and misleading them on their website.
