When I first ordered the The brace from Koprez, I ordered it too small. I contacted the company and they immediately assisted me in ordering the correct size when the new brace arrived free of charge as per their advertisement I immediately started using it and found immediate relief. Over the course of the next three weeks my plantar fasciitis continually started healing. I no longer wake up with a sharp hot poker feeling in my foot that would bring tears. It hurts so bad. It is now my fourth week I continue to wear the Koprez brace to complete the healing process. It is the best money I have ever spent to heal my body in 71 years. Koprez is exactly as advertised. Their customer service was spot on.

Brought 2 foot sleeves hoping to relieve my plantar fasciitis. After 6 weeks of use there is no improvement with my foot pain even though I have worn the sleeve constantly.
Unable to get a refund as more than 30 days have passed since delivery.

So from the moment I put the foot sleeve on, I was able to put full weight on it and walk with no limp. It was frankly ridiculous how quickly it worked. So grateful I got this sleeve. I've been limping for a few yrs now after any meaningful activity. Now I play 18 holes of golf and no limping. I thought limping would be part of the rest of my life. No more. The compression-sleeve should be fitted but not too tight so it’s important to order the right size. It’s helpful to use when you have the plantar fasciitis because it reduces pain and inflammation, while improving circulation. I only used it during the day and allowed my feet to breathe and rest at bed time. As you recover, you want to do stretching & strengthening exercises to ensure recovery, but not become overly dependent on the compression sleeve that would hinder overall healing. This is a well made product that helped in my healing process.

Beware UK buyers as the return postage which is not refundable is £15.
I have changed my review to reflect that Koprez did in fact contact me upon reading my poor review. I believe its only fair to leave the title as its important for transparency for UK buyers.
I have now recieved a full refund. I did have to chase up the refund they offered. But they did refund the whole amount eventually which im pleased with.

My left knee has bone on bone which is getting more painful every day. I have wore the Knee Sleeve from Koprez for the past three days and it has given me much relief from knee pain when I walk. I will have surgery in a few months-but meantime I’m hoping the Knee Sleeve keeps working to give much appreciated relief.

I was having heel pain and seen the ad on Facebook so I gave it a try and it worked wonders!! I also recently sprained my ankle and used it for that as well, and it has helped a lot!! Only complaint I have is that I didn't get the blue color because it wasn't in stock, but definitely would recommend!!

Buyer beware this product is itchy and does not fit as suggested aslo they will charge you for fees like expedited shipping that you didn't agree to and they do not send paid return labels you end up paying for your own shipping to return a mediocre product. WARNING

Returning the sleeves is very difficult.
I tried to return after experiencing pain over the first four days after trying them.I was told in very ingratiating language that the 30 day trial was not a choice. One must use them for 30 days. So at 30 days I tried to return again. After
receiving the same rote replies about checking for proper size and fit, the responses to my emails from Koprez just stopped. I had to contact my credit card company to begin a dispute. ( They told me they had had other Koprez complaints.) The credit card company refunded the cost and I also sent back the sleeve.
