When the wine I tried to order was out of stock Kelby (my wine advisor ) immediately suggested another wine from the same vineyard It arrived in 3 days. We loved it. Kelby only suggests wines with characteristics similar to those he knows we enjoy. I have used Laithwaites for over 20 years and Kelby has been my advisor for 10 years. He is great to work with and often calls and suggests new wines or informs me of specials on my old favorites. He has helped us choose Vineyard Partners to have access to truly outstanding wines. Laithwaites even ships orders in smaller quantities than a full case. This is wonderful around the holidays. I can send gifts of a couple of bottles or 3,4, or half a case. Laithwaites even allows you to pay an annual shipping fee which means each individual shipment is billed only for the cost of the wine.

I liked the shipping
I liked the shipping, and exceptional product wrapping protection care. I wasn’t too impressed by the wine selection in the delivery. I have NOT yet, had ANY of the wine opened for tasting. Perhaps it’ll be wonderful! I plan to enjoy and savor the wines received and put aside my preferences and familiarity to wines from France, Australia, South Africa and the U.S.
