My initial experience with the local GA Office was very good. I started my membership with these guys in nov 2025 after I actually got the ticket but they got me a lawyer that gave me a bit of a discount. He represented me in California with the ticket. I paid him $500,I believe if I remember right. it was a $485 speeding ticket. He was supposed to try and get it changed to like a non-moving violation or something without points I just called the court now July 14th 2026 because I’ve heard nothing from anybody. The payment is due in two days. He pleaded no contest and all they did was reduce it to $157. I still have all the points in the speeding and I’ve been paying you guys $30 a month for nothing. I could’ve just paid the ticket and been done and cheaper with it and took the points. I will not be recommending you to anybody and I will be canceling my subscription completely. Thank you for nothing.

Complaint Regarding LegalShield and Parker Stanbury I have been seeking legal assistance from LegalShield and Parker Stanbury since November 2025 regarding a toll violation dispute. When I first contacted the assigned attorney, I was instructed to contact the toll companies myself. I had already done so before seeking legal assistance, which is why I contacted LegalShield and the assigned law firm. Instead of providing meaningful legal assistance, I was directed to repeat steps I had already completed. I repeatedly submitted documentation and verification supporting my dispute. Despite this, my information was disregarded, and I did not receive the legal assistance I reasonably expected under my membership. As a result, what began as approximately $150 in disputed toll charges grew to approximately $1,935, which was ultimately added to my vehicle registration. I also repeatedly requested reasonable accommodations related to my disability. I believe LegalShield and Parker Stanbury failed to adequately respond to those requests, making it more difficult for me to access the legal services for which I paid. In addition, LegalShield has refused to reimburse me for the months during which legal services were not provided, despite my understanding that its membership includes a satisfaction guarantee or reimbursement policy. Rather than addressing my concerns, LegalShield repeatedly closes my service requests as "duplicate requests" and instructs me to call customer service. I have informed LegalShield that I am unable to effectively resolve these matters by telephone because of my prior experiences with representatives whom I found to be rude, argumentative, uncooperative, and unprofessional. Despite my requests to communicate through other reasonable means, I continue to be directed to call instead of receiving assistance through accessible channels. I respectfully request that my complaints be investigated, including whether LegalShield fulfilled its contractual obligations, whether Parker Stanbury provided competent legal services, whether reasonable accommodations were provided as required by law, and whether LegalShield improperly denied reimbursement and closed my requests without resolving the underlying issues. I am prepared to provide correspondence, service request records, emails, supporting documentation, and other evidence in support of this complaint. To add Maritza D, keeps annoyingly, repeatedly closing my requests and deeming my chats inactive to purposely upset me. Guess legalshield thinks it's exempt from adhering to ADA compliance. I've already submitted repeated feedback via the app and via email. I have and am documenting all correspondence as this continues. Refund my account for the months I was not assisted as if I was assisted, I would have a copy of the alleged demand letter sent, would have gotten correspondence from all companies and this matter would be resolved. It isn't, that hasn't happened and nothing is resolved. I don't pay for nothingness, rudeness, bias, ignorance, discrimination, and unprofessionalism, and, I doubt any other member (s) are ok with paying for this disgusting and despicable treatment as well. It's not just an attorney issue, it's a corporate, customer service and attorney issue. Not sure why this is so hard to comprehend. I'm not doing anything else (how dare you even have the audacity to keep telling me to), as I have already stated in full detail, repeatedly, my concerns. Next step, outside governing agencies since you want to keep playing games. Still refusing to provide corporate headquarters information, CEO/vp/president information. This matter is above a regular team members grade. This is the problem, you all fail to comprehend and fully understand the aspect of these incidents and actions.
