LendingOne get the deal done quickly and fast/easy communication
David, Gabbi and Madeline were great! They all replied fast and we're ready to close to deal even before the title company was ready. David, our loan officer is always such a pleasure to work with. I needed a quick close and commercial (not residential) underwriting. We closed on time and the underwriting was a bit more than expected, but I do have a relatively complex organizational structure. Some last minute communication glitches as to who will need to sign or not, but the deal was done. Funding last day was not the quickest, but we made the deadline. Eric was good and texted me quickly.

I feel this situation was not handled in a timely manner, which ultimately cost me over $4,000 in penalties. Jamie, the Client Relations Specialist, did not demonstrate the level of professionalism or support that the title suggests. At one point, I was even referred to as “just an investor,” which felt dismissive and inappropriate given my position as a client.
Hunter was the only individual I felt I could trust throughout this process. In fact, my decision to refinance with LendingOne was largely based on that trust, as I believed the process would be straightforward. Instead, it ended up costing me more money and negatively impacting my credit due to a lack of communication, particularly involving Shellpoint.
This issue is still ongoing, and I feel let down by how everything has been handled. I believe this reflects poorly on LendingOne for allowing a situation like this to occur. I am sharing my experience in hopes that others are aware and do not encounter similar issues.

Everyone associated with Lending One did a great job in getting my loan started, processed, and then funded. I asked them to give me different scenarios regarding the down payment and no one every complained that I was a pain. Cory was especially helpful and stuck with me.
