Jon (loan Manager) was very helpful when we had an issue and even call me back when he was on vacation. Than, I received a call from the regional manager (yes, I was surprised).
We had scheduled a closing for 7/27/26 after a few bumps in the road and LendingOne got it done!
I also received a call from Kizziah (Processing Coordinator) to follow up on some of the bumps we had had.
I am very impressed with the team in getting this done.
I am a licensed Builder/Developer in Utah and will use LendingOne again on my 4 plexes and houses I am working on.

The interest rate went up while submitting the applications. We were not informed that this would happen when submitting the applications. Secondly, there were charges on the final terms that were not actively explained by the staff. For instance, the inspection payment was processed but then there was a up charge on the final term. The inspection company was hired by LendingOne so why would there be a difference in the charges and why was that not explained or even mentioned by anyone. Are the customers supposed to see that up charge and just be okay with it? The communication on the final term chargers was handled poorly. I expect heads up and explanations if any numbers got changed or added on the final term.
