Your parts pricing is great
Your parts pricing is great. Between a new rim and plugs you saved me over $1000. My lexus dealer here marks up the parts tremendously. Thanks for the savings on OEM parts.

What reviewers say
AI generatedReviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers love the exact fit of the original equipment manufacturer parts, which are consistently offered at much better prices than local dealerships. People also mention that online orders arrive quickly, and the detailed digital catalogs make finding the right replacement items very simple. Some reviewers were not happy with receiving incorrect items and experiencing frustrating difficulties when attempting to process product returns. A few other people also felt that customer support could be improved due to slow communication and strict return policies. Others noted occasional shipping delays that impacted their repair schedules.

Thank you for your feedback. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re truly sorry to hear about the trouble you experienced, and we understand how disappointing this situation must be. For any concerns regarding your order, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required so we could further assist you. We’ve looked into your order, and unfortunately it falls outside our 30-day return/RMA window. Because of this, we’re unable to process a replacement or return at this time. We know this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this may cause. Thermostat arrived without the rubber…
Thermostat arrived without the rubber gasket as shown in your photo. The photo clearly shows the gasket on the thermostat. I called and was told to send a picture of the missing part . Like that is possible. Anyway y’all wanted me to jump through hoops for a 6 dollar part. I decided screw it and bought a gasket from Oriellys.
