Be aware!!

First prescription while expensive was borderline out of my budget. Then the second prescription they practically doubled my cost, called asked them to cancel my subscription and I was offered a small lifetime discount told them it was still to expensive for my budget cancel my subscription. Got another email wanting to explore my options, told them to cancel again before they try to hit my account again. Have to watch and keep telling them to cancel where I shouldn’t have to keep repeating myself this many times, sad that it’s unaffordable to get something to help me rest at night.

My experience was good because I was able to speak to real life personnel…

My experience was good because t-hey were able to get me assessed by a real doctor she was professional. The other great thing about them was that my medicine was not delayed I looked up and Saturday my delivery arrived. The only downside is the same as all the others which I feel is a Lilly problem at this point. The transparency of the fact that I had to pay for my needles and how much this membership really cost after joining was not dictated correctly.

The front staff on the app don’t answer…

The front staff on the app don’t answer you when you message them. It’s hard to get an answer to a question not the first time having issues with this.

I was prompted to get an appointment…

I was prompted to get an appointment for a dose increase and there was nothing until after my prescription was needed. I messaged and was answered quickly, stating they would try and get me an appointment earlier and then they scheduled it for a Sunday! Doctor was very pleasant, informative and got to the point. Very satisfied so far with my whole experience! Thank you

All good except billing

The meds are great, delivered on time at the appropriate temperature and they work as expected. The billing has been wrong 2 out of 3 payments. Started as 2 months at $249 and months 3 should have been $399. Month 1 was $249. Months 2 was $399. They gave me a credit for month 3, so it should have been $249, but it was $349 and then I got an adjustment +$10. I have no idea what they are doing in the billing department.

Options

My insurance cancelled my recurring prescription a couple of times. LifeMD worked with them to get me approved. I appreciate the constant reminders to log my weight and update my prescriptions. Also, the check in to see how it is affecting me. Finally, willing to work with me on different options to fulfill my weight goal.

THIS IS A SCAM!

THIS IS A SCAM!! -- they claim that you will get reimbursed if your insurance company doesn't cover you -- My insurance didn't cover me and when i requested my refund they claimed they preformed services already - I have no idea what services they preformed other that checking if my insurance would cover me - They make money if your covered or they take your deposit - they make money no matter what - STAY AWAY ITS A RIP OFF!!!!!
