I ordered on Saturday, was to arrive Wednesday. On Thursday I Tried to check tracking and it gives crazy dates that make no sense. Called they said they would track it. Friday still no delivery and now I am out of food. Called again and the still couldn’t find my delivery. Put in a new order that would no process until Monday. Had to run out and purchase food for them. Not happy

I have a dog who is not a consistent eater- sometimes he wants food, sometimes not. I had to change my shipping time as I am on auto ship and wow- I got the food the next day! I have been using them for about 12 years or more and love this company

My delivery of cat food was made ahead of the day I thought it would so I wasn't expecting it the day it came. I was gone all day, it rained, and it was nighttime when I got home. I did not notice the box on my front porch until the next day. The box was wet and a outdoor animal, or a wild animal such as a raccoon or opossum chewed open the wet box and got to the bag. It wasn't completely torn open which is a testament to the strength of the bag, but had many torn areas where you could tell that it was animal teeth. You could see the food from the puncture marks. I wasn't comfortable giving it to my cats, not knowing what it had been exposed to. I called Abundant Life and they immediately said they would replace the order at no charge. This was beyond expected because I had left the box out overnight and only called because I was going to be out of cat food in a few days and needed to order more. The replacement came quickly. Abundant Life is a great company.

Remi our Golden Doodle transitioned to Life’s Abundance shortly after we got her at 4 months. We had transitioned her from food she was on to Science Diet which she threw up constantly. We did a great deal of research and landed on Life’s Abundance! Remi absolutely loves this food . Her coat is beautiful and she is healthy! It is delivered to our door and we control when it is shipped! The other products are excellent too! I highly recommend you trying their products. They are excellent. They have excellent customer service also!!

I never received an email that it was time to send it. I would have postponed it because she has some left. So the idea of fresh doesn’t work when I already have some. Other wise it’s good.
