Really poor quality, at least for the international version. Took 2.5 weeks to ship to Canada, only for it to arrive in a plastic bag, and the brim attached crooked. I saw it mentioned in other reviews but was trying to be optimistic, but these hats are definitely just Alibaba partnerships where they get their logo tag added on the inside. Really disappointed as they make it look like a more premium brand, and tout “in depth QA” when this is something that apparently happens frequently.

We have actually just transitioned to shipping boxes for all non-US orders, so this will not happen going forward. On why we ship non-US orders from China at the moment: we manufacture overseas like nearly every hat brand, and we fulfill international orders through a partner in China. That lets us offer shipping that is roughly 75% cheaper than shipping from the US, and it is what makes it possible for us to serve customers in Canada, Europe, and Australia in the first place. These are the best caps ever! In all the colors you could ever want. The fabric is very pleasing and comfortable on my bald head too. Plus, they have great specials, their customer service will go above and beyond to make things right for you. I will always come back for more of these caps for myself and as well, they make fantastic gifts too.

Lift Down is an exceptional company. Not only offering a great product but also giving great customer service. I was contacted about a possible mistake I made in ordering. They helped me by fixing my error and refunding my repeat order. Service like this just doesn’t happen anymore!
After a couple weeks I noticed a small defect on the crown of my new cap--a small hole that if washed may have continued to grow and fray. Lift Down acknowledged the defect and immediately rectified it with a promise of a discount on my next order. Immediate service was greatly appreciated. Thanks Lift Down!! Nice hats which fit larger heads but once you get past the slick website you find that they are made in china, come in the worst type of temu like bland plastic packaging and take over 2 weeks to get to the UK. Offers to buy more are also uninspiring.

On where they're made: manufacturing in China is what lets us keep the quality high while staying competitively priced, and it's also how we're able to offer 24 colors across 3 sizes. On packaging: I hear you. We're in the process of transitioning to shipping all non-US orders in boxes, since we've heard the same preference from other customers. On delivery: most UK orders arrive within 7-10 days, but occasionally things outside our control like customs clearance cause delays. CUSTOMER SERVICE A birthday gift. There was a hiccup with the courier having the correct address for our delivery, so our original order went to an incorrect location. Marielle worked with me for a week, emailing back and forth daily, to figure out a solution. She was very kind and supportive. Using an alternative address, our oder was received within three days.
The Lift-Down baseball cap is the first one I’ve ever had that properly fits my massive bonce. When it first came out the packaging I was slightly underwhelmed and didn’t think it would fit. Once on, I really liked it, though. It has a great depth and height (I’ve never had a baseball cap that comes down to my ears)! It’s stylish in an understated way, too. I reckon I look effortlessly cool in it :).
The hats we ordered came quickly and the process was very smooth. I had to exchange the small ones for medium ones and the process was really easy and the customer service was friendly. The quality of their hats are really wonderful and I'm looking forward to buying from them again!
