This is a very good company willing and wanting to always help as I look over the negative reviews I honestly just laugh because not only are they just trying to help individuals that cannot hear but they will literally look out for people. I'm 68 have degenerative arthritis and live 6 miles from town. I explained my car was broke down and it would be the 3rd of the month before I could get in to send the hearing aids back. I couldn't wear them. They were uncomfortable and bothered me. But they charged me for them that month anyhow. They aren't a very good company. Didn't send my money back but get they got their lousy hearing aids. It's just a ripoff scam targeting older people. If it wasn't a scam they would have returned my money.
It is so wonderful to hear again especially @ church when our wonderful soloist sing! I could not afford $5,000-8,000 that local providers were charging! My provider only allowed us to go to 1 provider & offered $2,000 but would not cover my hearing aides! Not fair!! Your customer service is great! Helpful and Knowledgeful!! Thank you Again! You have changed my life!!
I heard things that I haven’t heard since I was a child. The first time I tried them on I went outside and tested all the settings. I could not believe it when I heard a bird splashing in water. I heard different pitches that I have not heard for a very long time now. The best part is being able to block out surround noise when I sit at a table with my family and friends. Now I can be part of the conversation. I lost my hearing from the Navy and working with Boilers, turbines, and loud machinery my entire life.

I love my hearing aid!! I have a problem with the tube not staying in my ear.
They have done everything possible to help me but still am having problems hearing. I wear them can hear some but not all that good.

Hearing Aids tend to unpair with the phone app. I need to go through the pairing steps a couple times a week.

From my initial conversation I thought I would receive more hands on guidance. However, when I received my devices I felt lost and overwhelmed. I stopped wearing them after a month of frustration. I know that Im required to continue payment and I will.
Listen Clear customer service has been very helpful to me. When the right hearing aide was making popping noises they sent a new wire within just a few days. When that did not solve the problem the sent a shippinp label so I could send the deffective hearing aid back. Within 4 days the hearing aide was replaced and it works great. Also when the battery door got caught between the dresser door and got bent out of shape when I explained the problem they sent me a new battery door. These hearing aides help me to hear so much better. It has made my relationship with my wife so much better because I can hear her and other people so much easier. I can also hear people at the other end if a lunch table and can pick out different coversations in a room. Before it only sounded like noise. It is still somewhat of a challange to hear in a crowded room but still these hearing aides help me a lot. The best thing is due to the monthly payment plan I can afford the hearing aides. It sure is nice to hear without having to struggle to hear. Thank you Listen Clear!

I would recomend listen clear. So far listen clear has been honest with me and very helpful adjusting my hearing aids for optimum sound and quality. I just wished they had away to offer us an online account so that we could reorder tips and batteries without making a phone call.
wish I was never willing to try these for my husband because I was promised to get the return slip before I even tried this and now being charged and do not want to pay that much for something that only makes things worse for him. We live on disability and social security that was taken early so he can take care of me as I am bed bound!!
