Too expensive for what it is
Too expensive for what it is. Not happy at all.Lots of white noise with them. I hear better without them. All they are is an amplifier. don't help you listen clear at all.
I have to constantly change the volume…
I have to constantly change the volume in my hearing aids and the quality of sound is not good. I am not happy with the quality of these hearing aids at all. Very disappointed in this product, especially for the money I spent.

Thank you for your review. The problem you describe sounds like a tip issue. The tips need to be cleaned once a week. Simply take the white tips off the receiver wires and wash them in soap and water. Make sure the tips are dry before you put them back on the wires. The ear buds also need to be changed every four to six months. After that, the silicone starts to break down physically and ability-wise. This can lead to the hearing aids working intermittently, feedback from not fitting well, or not clicking onto the receiver wires like previously. I give a five star due to the first few…
I give a five star due to the first few months of having my aids they were great , 90% of the time I cant wear them due to I sweat a lot and now I have to send them back to listen Clear for service due to batteries dont last more than a day or two. If things don't get better with them the five star rating will go down . Thanks William
I'm on a fixed income
This company is a Scam! The product is worthless, yet, due to my fixed income status I'll be paying for them for another 2 years before I can afford to replace them! I've sent them back several times with an updated hearing exam, still no adjustment, nor do they fit my ears. I'm resigned to being deaf - I've had these for 2 years and have my banking acct. deleted for their payment each month - only half paid for! I did wear them 10 times to satisfy my friends and family, but they knew I couldn't hear with them better than before, and of course during the 2 years since I've had them my hearing has deteriorated significantly! I've been scammed, I hope no one else gets similarly scammed, stay clear of this company!

Mr. Evans, Thank you for reaching out to us. You were originally given a 45-day trial with the hearing aids, and then you were given two trial extensions so we could reprogram the hearing aids to your audiogram. You had from 3/10/17 to 7/2/17, or 114 days, to agree to a return but you did not. The reprogramming was approved on 4/11/17, but you did not send in your hearing aids until 8/27/17. ListenClear has not received a call from you since 7/26/2018. If you are having any issues with the hearing aids, please give Customer Service a call at 888-320-0424 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern and they would be happy to help. Customer Service gave you a call yesterday but it seems like you hung up in the middle of your conversation.
A Terrible company and bad customer…
A Terrible company and bad customer service. This product is worthless. Do not think if they are charging very high so product must be great, wrong. Once you buy the product then the company is all about money and keep you selling their new product. Had problem with the product and now customer service stated that the warranty just got expired. When we made one time extra payment for the warranty we were not told that it is only for 1 more year. Never buy the product from listenclear. Stay away from listenclear and try to find a better company

at first i could hear
at first i could hear, now it is getting hard. i have tried new tips but they sent me the same ones i have, i am waiting to hear from them about this, i may give them a higher rating if i get this straighten out.

As it is impossible to tap less than 1
As it is impossible to tap less than 1, am rating them as such because they have yet to fix a problem that is now almost a year old, and their product has not been useable during that time due to their failure to repair/replace defective merchandise or render the support to customer. Yet they expect to be paid.

I find that the rubber things you put in your ears don’t stay put. I’m always pushing them Back into my ears. I’m a petite woman who may need smaller rubber things.

The hearing aids are like toys. Open them up when ur not listening on them. Ask an 86 year old to fumble with opening up her hearing aid. Just doesn’t work

I love being able to hear again
I love being able to hear again. I don't have to turn my TV up anymore and no one has to repeat themselves to me. I can adjust the volume for each ear which is important to me since I have more hearing loss in my left ear than my right. The staff at Listen Clear has always been friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Listen Clear.
