Austin Krol was very personable to speak with, he was knowledgeable about the lending process and loans you had to offer me and helped me find the best loan for my situation. A+ to him. Mindy Nagy was also excellent. She was a breathe of fresh air, pleasure to speak and deal with. She tied up the loose ends of getting the loan to close quickly. A+ to her. The Notary that came to my home to sign the paperwork was also a pleasure to work with. He was on time and very friendly. A+ to him. I cant say I had a bad experience throughout the whole loan process.

loanDepot will be my only refi Company for my home. In 2024 I started reorganizing of finances after several needed home improvements. Then I needed to complete new roof replacement for 20 year roof...so in 2026 once again loandepot came through. Mr. Diego 2024 & Mr. Morgenstein & Ms. Sally Costa are forever endeared in my life...since I am over 70 years they were very instructive to help navigate technology and other stressful areas.
