Hung Nguyen Chia, the employee who i met with for the onboarding process did an excellent job. He was patient and explained everything and even did many of the steps for me. I can't say enough good things about him. Also, I tried to set up a lodgify website a couple years ago, but the process was too cumbersome. Your software and setup process is much smoother now.

Onboarding experience with Gabriel Madrid was excellent. Only negative thing, onboarding should take 2 hours to give users a better understanding of the software and and all it's features. Not his fault as that is what the company allocated. It would also reduce need to contact support so this time with training would be very beneficial.

The onboarding specialist , Gabriel Madrid was great. He covered all the topics we needed help with in order to set us in the right direction. He later sent an email that recapped the topics, made a detailed list of how to move forward and also included a link containing a recording of your session.

Had a demo meeting scheduled with Marcel Delgado. Thirty seconds into the call, it suddenly "dropped." When I went to rejoin the meeting, no one was there. I tried a half dozen times but Marcel was not to be found. Having his direct email, I sent him a message, asking him what happened. He never responded. I called customer service, only to find there is no way to speak to a human being. AI set up a second meeting time and date for me to do a demo. No link to join a meeting was sent to my email. I wasted so much time and had such a poor experience already due to Marcel and the AI Bot, I can't even imagine what it would be like after Lodgify had my business, supposing I had a question or had trouble with the software. Dodged a bullet on this one. I will be looking elsewhere for my rentals.

So far, I’m really happy with Lodgify. I found out about it because I wanted a way to offer direct booking to my guests through my website, to provide them more savings compared to popular platforms, while still offering a convenient and secure payment option. My onboarding experience was very helpful and it gave me a chance to have all of my questions answered. The agent who helped me, Eka, was extremely knowledgable about all the ins and outs of the program and how to customize the settings for my situation. I feel very well informed comfortable navigating the menus now

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Onboarding Experience with Hung Gia! I had an absolutely fantastic onboarding experience with Lodgify, and Hung Gia was exceptional. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was set up correctly for my vacation rental. Hung walked me through the entire process, helped connect and optimize my Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Google Vacation Rentals, pricing, payments, taxes, and automated guest communications, and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel incredibly easy. What impressed me most was the level of personal attention. He didn't just explain the platform—he took the time to understand my property and goals, answered every question, and made sure I felt confident managing everything going forward. Lodgify offers an impressive all-in-one platform, but having someone like Hung guide you through the setup makes a tremendous difference.
