I bought a toy for a friend of mine months ago for her to use. 2 months later we still had not been given ANY update on that order. No communication, no updates, no calls, no texts, no emails. My friend reached out to them trying to figure out what is going on, only to get an "oops, our bad, we will ship another one out to you." Coming up on another month and a half and it is still taking forever to ship to her. I bought this as a gift for her and she has been without it for almost 4 months now, approaching 5. This is outrageous and very unprofessional. Especially coming from a renowned online to shop. I want my money back and Ill take my business else where. Unbelievable.

On February 8, I ordered 6 toys to have a great time on Valentine's Day. I was really looking forward to the celebration and was in a fantastic mood. But the Lovense team managed to ruin that for me for weeks. According to the tracking status, the package was delivered on February 14, 2025, to my door. But I never received it. I didn’t even see the courier, even though I spent the whole day at home with my girlfriend, waiting for the toys. When I reached out to Lovense, they said I shouldn’t worry; if the package was lost, I would get a refund. Yet I still haven’t received the package. And the Lovense team refused to refund me and just ignores my messages! I want everyone to know that if you have a problem with a package, the Lovense team will just disregard you from their skyscraper!

Worst customer service I’ve received, if I can even say “received”. I had an issue first about my product purchased from their website marked as counterfeit on eBay, which told me to contact them to resolve it. I have been trying to contact Lovense for almost 3 months via their website, 2 email addresses and 2 Twitter customer service profiles. I have received one single e-mail written by an Artificial Intelligence, after over a month of several e-mails, saying they are contacting eBay which eBay has confirmed to me they haven’t. I’ts been so many e-mails and contact forms they have been straight up ignoring.

So the sex machine mini definitely blew my expectations out of the water. Easy to use once set up, which setup can be done in one short sitting. Wont painfully jab you or anything, and is insanely quiet.

Poor delivery options. Requested quicker delivery but was given some copy/paste email ‘we don’t distribute so not responsible’. 24 hours later I get an updated from royal mail that they have it and it’s 48 hour delivery… in this day and age waiting 48-72 hours for a delivery is awful. Definitely room for a market disrupter to enter here. Poor service on all accounts.

Was purchased a toy as a gift off lovense, it malfunctioned, I was given a replacement THAT WAS BROKEN, lovense for some reason disabled the toy that someone spent over $100 on. and now I am stuck with TWO non working toys, and no resolution. Do not waste your money with this company. They dont stand behind their products, and for the cost they are trash.

Great, not bad. Feels good! I gave it 4 stars for the heating function. It's an amazing toy, but the heating function must be done prior to using. This is a tiny bit of bummer as it cools down as you use it. It would be nice if the heating function was built into the use of the battery. Other than that, this thing is snug for slightly girthier guys like myself. I had to use a fair bit of lube to get through it, but once I did, it does the trick! There was one complaint on Reddit I saw about it not having any contours or ridges inside. I can see why, but that wasn't make-or-break-it for me. In this particular scenario, I actually like the smoothness probably because my peen pokes out the other side and makes the depth grabbing feature really nice, however, I WOULD be curious to feel what it's like with some kind of pattern. Vibrations are plenty strong though, so if you're worried about that, this thing really has the power to make you explode, even during HFO. :) If you have lube, HFO is a bit more difficult (because if you're not hard enough, it has a tendency to droop from its overall weight), so I recommend laying on your back if you're trying to do HFO. I love the fact that it's water-proof and I may use it in the shower soon. That should make cleanup even easier, which it's already great at. That's all I got for now. I'ma keep messing with it.
