Gush 2 definitely adds to the sensual experience of its predecessor. It’s longer, the bands can be used for a quick release (smart!) and the rubber is soft. As to the new oscillation feature it’s more like a thumping sensation. I’m just the right spot. It may be better when you’re not using the bands and it fits a bit looser. Also, putting pressure I. The oscillator will slow it down. I’m not sure how long the charge lasts yet, if it’s a full 2 hours or not. It does need to be added as an option on Tophy. All in all another great upgrade.

UPDATE: still no replacement but the tracking says it’s been delivered to me, which is untrue. lovense aren’t being helpful at all. the mini machine i have ordered arrived broken, and instead of sending me a replacement lovense is just replacing the body of the machine- which comes from CHINA so now i have been waiting for weeks on end, still no idea when it arrives. spent €400 on nothing but frustration and annoyance. 2 stars cos I always liked their other products, but this has put me off.

I order couple of toys for myself, not to long ago, when I checked my order and it said it was suspended and contact them as fast as I can, I contacted them the same day and I got no reply, after 2-3 days they finally responded, stating that I need to pay additional delivery fee, and update my shipping address, even tho I did that I still haven't got a reply, in my opinion lack of a live support chat is really bad idea, I hope they can resolve my issue soon

I absolutely love my Nora! The only reason why it got 4/5 stars is because the rabbit part of it does get quite warm, almost too hot to keep using, after about 30 minutes of use. The companion app is amazing too, I love being able to go on there at find patterns to use, and try out. There's even a spot for you to control someone else's toy (or them yours) and chat, which is a cool feature too.
I ordered some things for me and my partner. The billing adress got confused with the shipping address after i put it into pay pal. The billing address is outside of their delivery zone therefore the order was put on hold. Ive been trying to contact customer support for over a week. Everytime i use their contact form i get an auto reply that my order doesnt exist, while my credit card has already been charged…

Well we got our items the other day but we have not been able to use them yet for personal reasons but oh we will definitely be using them very soon. All the items were packed good and the machine itself works, however I can’t help but feel like I got a returned item or something that was refurbished because the plate on the machine that you remove to adjust stroke length has 2 very distinct scratches on it and several what looks like water spots but they’re not. I have to say that I was very disappointed and has me concerned of the quantity/life span of the machine. I will also say considering the price that this cost in itself not including the other items that I purchased with this order, which was not cheap by any means, I would have expected better quality control and customer satisfaction. Think of it as like buying a new car and there’s some scratches on the trunk door and you still had to pay full price. But in this case I wasn’t able to inspect the item before purchase so I got something that is not up to par at full price cost…. So for the most part I guess I’m happy with the items overall but I have to say I’m quite disappointed over this and I feel like there should be some sort of compensation due to the fact that there was no inspection obviously of the product before it was sent out or… It wasn’t a priority or concern which would be sad. I would have been more than happy to upload pictures however i am on my phone doing this and I don’t see or have an option to upload any so my word is all I got.
