I've been using lovense for the last 1389 days. Their technical support is non existent, my toys no longer react to tips and despite booking a time slot to have someone look at the issue via anydesk I've literally been ghosted. It's such a shame they hold the monopoly on camming toys because otherwise I would recommend using an entirely different company. I'd like to note that my issue has been ongoing for over a year. Abhorrent company with no customer service.

I truly love the ease of getting it in and the vibrations. If there would be anything I would suggest is the rotation feature to be more prominent to hit the spots.
