I've been using my Lymow one plus for 6…

I've been using my Lymow one plus for 6 weeks now. It was easy to set up and works well. Handles the slopes in my lawn well. I mow each section every other day, and the lawn looks great. My final test of the lawn mower was this week, as it is mowing the lawn while I'm away. It has done the job flawlessly, I am able to watch it's progress remotely, and the one time it had an error i was able to get the mower restarted remotely. I am very pleased with the Lymiw mower.

Lymow one - Positive Experience

I purchased my Lymow one in the summer of 2025 and took delivery in the late fall. This is my first robotic mower and I can honestly say that I have happy with the product and company to date. Lymow has been responsive to inquiries in a timely fashion. The app and software has been updated on a regular basis with significant improvements from the original versions. I was skeptical as my yard has 35 degree slopes and is surrounded by trees. As of today, my yard is looking better than it ever has. The biggest reason I purchased the Lymow one was the rotary blades and ability to handle slopes and rough terrain. There have been some growing pains, such as charging and slipping, but Lymow has demonstrated their commitment to making a better product as seen by release of the improved features of the plus unit while working with the owners of the original units. Personally I can recommend this product and company.

Dead after one month

I've had the One Plus for a month now. Initially it worked well, but MCU Comms Failures have killed it. The first couple times, I disconnected the battery to reboot and clear it. This time it won't respond at all. The firmware update April 28th didn't help. No customer support response and no way to contact Lymow. Seems like a good machine, but major firmware problems and the company is clearly not ready to support a large customer base.

More order needed to the support process.

I appreciate the courtesy given to me during my experience, however it was not timely. There were times when I did not know what was going to been done. Also there were multiple people responding to my concerns which made support seem disjointed and as though there was no order to the support process. Not only I noticed this but other Lymow owners were complaining about the lack of response. If you would give people more information about the process it would be helpful at easing the customer concerns. It took over 45 days to get my situation resolved. It was a quite stressful process to me as a customer. I use to work in sales and I know personally how outstanding support is critical to a company. This was not representative of outstanding customer service. It is however, disappointing given the Lymow product is an incredible achievement in lawn service equipment. I understand that Lymow is a new company and growth and improvement is a natural progression for new companies. But, more order to the support process is needed and will be appreciated by us your customers.

Pleasant Outcome

I always thought that I purchased a great product, but wasn't quiet sure how to go about receiving support when I needed some help with my mower. Eventually I managed to contact the Lymo Support Team. I outlined my concerns with the mower and Norah, from the Support Team, guided me through some issues I was having. I am very pleased with the outcome and the manner in which problems were handled by the Lymo Company. Thank you again Norah. Thank you Lymo. Regards Andrew S.

The Lymow one is the best mower ever. Also the contact to the office, with Mr. Wessam, is really so good. He anwer in a short time, also in German, and explain how the mower will working. I´m happy, that i have decited me, to buy this mower. Helmut Melching 26939 Ovelgönne/Germany

I'm an original Kick Starter customer

I'm an original Kick Starter customer. This has been a fun but honestly, sometimes a frustrating process, but through it all, Lymow has consistently produced upgrades and improvements and I have found their online service support to be excellent. There are still some software improvements that I would like to see (which I have communicated) but the overall trajectory of my experience tells me that I will eventually see those improvements. The original hardware should have been more robust, but they are learning and I believe the product will continue to improve on the hardware side as well. Nothing I've experienced suggests otherwise. Lymow is a young company, but they are going about it properly, with honesty, integrity and transparency. The robotic mowing industry is new and growing pains are real. If you are looking for a set it and forget it experience, you will be disapointed regardless of which product you choose.

Lymow is a cool product

Lymow is a cool product. I have had several robot mowers, and none are perfect. I had a few issues, and Lymow support has always been very responsive and helpful. I have acres to mow, and zero-turns are expensive, especially for a comfortable one. Compared to that, Lymow is a great value.

Good product, very very slow customer service

This lawnmower does do hills very well. It has actual metal blades, instead of little razor blades sticking off a disk like many of its competitors. My first one broke 3 weeks after I received and eventually several weeks later I was able to get a reply from customer service and they shipped me a replacement, I did not have to pay return shipping, fortunattely I kept the original box. So bottom line, good mower, so-so customer service. I think customer service turn around time is something the company that make this product is working on improving.

Nonfunctional out of the box and customer support is unacceptable

**Defective on arrival, 26 days to first real reply, only after I disputed the charge.** My Lymow One Plus 10A arrived defective — booted to a diagnostic screen on first power-on, never reached the pairing flow. The order was also missing the three blade sets it was supposed to include. I contacted support on April 30. No phone number on the website, live chat widget doesn't work, email only. Auto-reply said the ticket was escalated. Then nothing. Eight polite follow-ups over three weeks. My 30-day return window expired on day 31 with zero support contact from Lymow. I disputed the charge with my credit card company around May 21. Lymow's first real response came on May 26 — 26 days in, and only after my card issuer contacted them. Two different reps then gave me contradictory answers on material terms. Return label finally issued June 8. FedEx picked up the machine June 16 (I had to call FedEx myself — Lymow didn’t arrange pickup). Lymow confirmed receipt and accepted the chargeback on June 23. Full refund processed. **54 days from fault report to refund. 26 days to first substantive response, only after a credit card dispute was filed.** At this price, with a 30-day return window that starts ticking at delivery, defective hardware plus unresponsive support is a serious problem. The grass keeps growing while you wait for a reply. I'm also concerned a company that operates this way may struggle to survive — which would leave owners with an unsupported mower and no parts or software updates. I think I'll spend my hard earned money on a more conscientious/prepared company with an actual support department. Order #9831

Great product, customer service needs improvement

I purchased the One Plus, and it worked very well—for about 64 minutes—before it completely died. I contacted customer support but didn’t hear back for several weeks. Eventually, they responded, and after some back-and-forth troubleshooting, they sent me a replacement mower. It turned out the original unit was defective. The second mower has now been running for two full days and has covered about 1.5 acres. When it works, it’s great. Is it perfect? No. Does it miss some spots? Yes. But it handles my very steep slope in Western North Carolina—an area I previously had to mow by hand (which was extremely difficult)—surprisingly well. I’d give 5 stars for the product itself, minus 2 stars for the slow customer support, and plus 1 star for allowing me to keep the extra battery, charger, and antenna as backups. If customer service response times improve, I’d easily become Lymow’s #1 fan.

Extremely Disappointed

Extremely Disappointed — Lymow Failed After One Use and Customer Service Has Been Nonexistent I purchased the Lymow with high hopes that it would be a premium, reliable robotic lawnmower. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. After receiving the mower and taking the time to set it up properly, it completed exactly one cutting of my yard before breaking. One use. That is all I got out of a very expensive piece of equipment before it became unusable. Based on the sound and behavior of the mower, it seems like one of the hub motors may be stripped, defective, or otherwise failing. I am not going to open the unit up and start diagnosing or repairing it myself because I do not want to risk voiding the warranty. That is exactly what the warranty and customer support are supposed to be for. The bigger issue, however, is Lymow’s customer service — or more accurately, the complete lack of it. I reached out to Lymow every day last week trying to get help, guidance, a warranty claim started, or even a simple response acknowledging the issue. I have received nothing. No useful reply, no troubleshooting assistance, no return authorization, no warranty support, and no indication that anyone at the company is taking the problem seriously. For a product at this price point, this level of customer service is unacceptable. When a brand sells an expensive mower and markets it as a serious solution, customers should be able to expect basic support when the product fails almost immediately. A machine breaking after one mow is bad enough. Being ignored by the company afterward makes the situation far worse. At this point, I deeply regret purchasing the Lymow. I wish I had seen more honest customer reviews before buying, because I would have thought twice before spending my money. A product can have a defect — that happens. But a company’s response when something goes wrong says everything about how much they value their customers. In my case, Lymow has failed on both the product and support side. My experience so far has been: The mower worked once, then broke. It appears to have a serious drive or hub motor issue. I cannot attempt a repair without risking the warranty. I contacted Lymow repeatedly and received no meaningful response. I am now stuck with an expensive mower that does not work and a company that will not communicate. I would strongly caution anyone considering a Lymow purchase to think carefully before buying. Make sure you understand what kind of support you may — or may not — receive if something goes wrong. Based on my experience, once they have your money, getting actual help appears to be extremely difficult. Until Lymow resolves this issue, honors the warranty, and starts responding to customers in a timely and professional manner, I cannot recommend this product or this company.

Lymow is terrible, avoid this product.

Mower went way out of bounds on the first time I sent it to mow. Didn't finish the area, then bumped into fences, posts, went into my flower garden, and then got lost. I moved the base to a more open area and there is no way to reset the app, and now the mower can't find the base as it still shows the old area. Now I can't set anything up, the app is horrible. For the price, this should be way better. I would NOT recommend the Lymow at all.
