What people say

Customer support is fair

Customer support is fair. The reaction time to an email can be 2 to 3 days. being due to language barrier. It's hard to communicate What's wrong with your machine. It might take 2 or 3 attempts, but they do respond. And when they finally understand they always do the right thing. Communication is the biggest barrier, but I really like the machine. It cuts extremely well. And I recommend the machine to anyone. This is my second one, and I'm very pleased with the overall performance.

Lymow makes Lawn Care Fun!

The Lymow One Plus robotic lawn mower has allowed me to take care of my own yard again and makes mowing more fun. Lymow stays within the programmed mowing zones and only on rare occasions has it encountered an error that I needed to address to continue mowing. All I typically do is to monitor Lymow’s mowing progress, use my weed eater for some clean up and do some edging. When my Lymow developed a mowing problem, I contacted the Lymow Customer Service Team and they provided timely and excellent customer service. After using my Lymow Plus One for a few months now and having a much better understanding of its capabilities, available menu choices, and having interacted with the Lymow Customer Service Team, I would definitely purchase it again.

A very satisfied customer

The quick response and expertise to try and resolve my issues with my Lymow one plus was very impressive to me. Racho came up with some ideas that turned resolved my problem. My Lymow mower mows nearly every day and has about 460 hours mowing and has done nearly 66 acres. I have never had an overheating issue mowing in the mid 90,s. The Lymow one plus keeps my lawn looking great.

Great Customer Service

I was very satisfied with the quick response to my emails and follow up each day that moved my problem closer to resolution each day. My Lymow Techs: Anas, Kate and Vita all responded quickly each step of the way and provided resolution to my situation. I would like to thank all the Techs that followed through and assisted me until they knew my problem was solved. Thank You all!

The Lymow One Plus was easy to set up

The Lymow One Plus was easy to set up. The app was intuitive. You have to remove the rubber flap and a small plastic bracket that blocks the ejection port. Those pieces make the mower safer, but you can't have them on there. It's not hard to remove them. The removal of those pieces makes the mower loud. You shouldn't mow wet grass. It will clog it. You have to clean the underside by the blades every couple of weeks. Sometimes it gets an error. Sometimes it moves out of bounds, but rarely. (And usually when you didn't drive it around with the app until it found itself on the GPS map. When you start it up. You have to use the app to drive it around like a toy until it finds itself on the GPS map in the app. Failure to follow that step will create an error. Don't carry the mower around, it will screw up the map. It wants to update all the time. So make sure your phone isn't low on battery and that both the phone and the mower are near your internet router when you do it. Don't stop the update in the middle. You have to help it on the charger because the cleaning brushes are too stiff. Probably, when that happens, you will think it's broken. Just guide it to the right spot and push them down on it. You can't mow in direct sun if it's a hot day, or the blades will stop turning until it cools down. After all that, you would think this mower is no good. That would be a bad assumption. This thing rocks. What a time saver. Plus your neighbors will see it and want one. Just do it. I've been using it since April. There has been a lot of rain so the grass is getting mowed constantly. It's a half acre with lots of trees. The customer service is adequate.
