Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers are really happy with the robotic mower, noting that it handles steep slopes, complex garden layouts, and tough terrain exceptionally well. Many people also appreciate the helpful support team, who provide quick guidance, replacement parts, and clear instructions when issues arise. Consumers frequently mention that the robust steel blades and solid construction make it a dependable choice for maintaining large yards. However, some customers also noted that customer service responses can occasionally be very slow, leading to long waiting times. A few other people also felt that the machine encounters occasional technical glitches, such as overheating, charging failures, or navigation challenges.

At first, it took a little while, but once the emails started coming and they answered right away, and problem was solved
I recently contacted Lymow support using the Help Center on their website. By creating a ticket, I was able to get my support issue addressed and had great communication from Ivy throughout this process. My mower ended up getting replaced with a new unit, but I was informed throughout this process. I am pleased that Lymow is standing behind their warranty on the mower and hope to see continued improvements in future generations.
For me the service been 100% so far. Fast reply and they handle all well. We have at least 30 robots in service( diffrent brands, 3 lymow) . All brands have issues there is no perfect robot out there period. Its all how they handle support because you will need it no matter brand. Lymow is a very good machine for large properties and complicated lawns. You really need real blades for this and not small rasor blades. Lymow for us is the future and the way to go. Yes they need some hardware upgrades to be perfect and stronger but then the price have to go up. For 3k and handle large areas and steep slopes you really cant complain for that price. You may have issues but if support is ok then thats fine.
The Lymow mower is awesome. You might have a few challenges along the way but the overall outcome is fantastic. It navigates, mows manageable slopes (be careful not to be too steep), it recharges on its own and completes the job at hand, providing a professional looking lawn. I couldn’t mow my lawn by myself (too steep at certain areas) and prior to the Lymow the professionals used weed eaters to cut the steeper areas. The Lymow has saved me a great deal of time and money.
I think some context is important when reviewing my Lymow One Plus experience. I was am an early adopter of an emerging technology from a relatively young company that is still refining both its product and its processes. I went into this understanding there could be some growing pains—and there were. My original mower presented a number of difficulties, and the troubleshooting and support process wasn't always as smooth as I would have liked. However, I also believe a company should ultimately be judged by how it responds when something goes wrong. Lymow representatives steadily and methodically worked with me continuously and ultimately sent me a replacement mower. As of now, the new unit is fully functioning and has completely resolved the issues I experienced. Being an early adopter requires some patience, but it also requires the manufacturer to listen, improve, and stand behind its product. In my experience, Lymow ultimately did that completely. My experience wasn't trouble-free, but the end result has been positive. Lymow made things right, and today I have a Lymow One Plus that is working as intended and delivering the experience I originally hoped for.
The commutations from Emilie. Keeping me informed during the entire process. I did have issues with payment and shipping the return from Alaska and the shipment of the new mower. By far the best part of the process was Emilie. Thanks Ron
My Lymow One+ experienced an issue with the wheel motor. After opening a service request with Lymow and sharing the logs of the unit with tech support, they decided to replace the whole unit. After shipping my unit back to Lymow and within a couple of weeks I had received my replacement unit which is now fully configured and working. Excellent after-sales service from Lymow.
I was skeptical about robotic mowers, but the Lymow Plus One has completely changed my mind. Setup was easy, and it worked right away without any problems. I have a very steep hill that I can’t safely mow with my tractor, and the Plus One’s tank-like treads handle it incredibly well. It navigates the hill in all directions and gets the job done. Even when it occasionally gets stuck, it figures out how to adjust its position and continue mowing. The app is intuitive, with lots of adjustments and options. I’m now creating additional zones to make cutting even more efficient. The mower works great, the company provides excellent support, and honestly, it’s just fun to watch it mow! I highly recommend the Lymow Plus One.
I upgraded my Lymow One to Lymow One Plus and I was very pleased how smooth and quick it was. After shipping my Lymow One back I received my Plus within a week also I found it easy to deal with customer service once a ticket has been opened and kept open they always responded within 24 hours they made the whole transaction more enjoyable. I was back cutting grass an hour after receiving the Lymow One Plus and enjoying the improvements that have been made so far.
The Lymow support I’ve received from Aurora has been prompt and helpful which is appreciated as I get to learn about this new purchase
1) Communication - no email or texted telling me the unbinding process was completed. 2) Time it took (1 week) to unbind the mower
My name is Ninni, and I was one of the very first supporters of the Lymow One Gen1. Unfortunately, mine arrived only after the 2025 mowing season had already ended. So all I could really do was unbox it and check whether it would boot up. But that was absolutely fine, because the robot immediately made exactly the impression the developers had promised. A few weeks later, my additional accessories arrived and everything was complete. Then spring came. I charged the battery, updated the app and firmware to the latest versions, and finally let my Lymow loose. Calibration took a few attempts because I wanted it to navigate certain corners with absolute precision. My property has a long, continuous slope of around 45 degrees a serious challenge for any mower. My Lymow handled it with ease. I was genuinely impressed. I even built him his own little home, and these days he mows my 100 m² property three times a week. He has been doing this throughout the entire 2026 season, and I am still impressed every single day. The app and firmware are regularly updated and improved. Bugs are fixed, existing features are refined, and new ones are added. You can really tell that the developers are actively working on the product rather than simply releasing it and moving on. But the Lymow would not be what it is without an exceptionally good support team. And this is where Lymow really belongs in the premium league. For my Lymow One, I received additional upgrades that help keep the wheels cleaner and clean the charging contacts. That level of attention to detail impressed me more than I can say. The support team has my utmost respect: always helpful, always polite, always professional. I absolutely adore my Lymow One Gen1, and right now I simply cannot imagine a better mower for me. Yes, it has a price tag but in my opinion, it is worth every single cent. And then there is the camera. You can watch your Lymow mowing from its own point of view, which I find incredibly reassuring and, honestly, just really cool. I love it. 😉 The two blades, each 20 cm in diameter, spin incredibly fast. I would not use it at night, but that was never my goal anyway. I want to see what it is doing, and there are plenty of daylight hours for that. The blades can spin up extremely quickly, and in extreme conditions the mower can cut grass at up to 1 meter per second. My husband carefully sharpens the blades for me from time to time. What other robotic mower can do that? I honestly don't know of one. It is extremely effective. I personally let mine mow at around 50 cm per second with the standard blade speed, and even then the entire property is finished in less than 40 minutes. There are only two things I would still love to see improved. First, I would love to be able to control the Lymow like a drone, with live camera footage and joystick controls available simultaneously on my phone or tablet. At the moment, you can have the live view without the joysticks, or the joysticks without the live view. That is rather inconvenient if you need to intervene while sitting somewhere else or if the robot needs rescuing because something unexpected has happened. Second, I would like to see a gentler return path after the mower encounters an obstacle. Mine sometimes gets just one centimeter too close to the curb, detects the contact, moves roughly half a meter away, and then tries to return to its original path at such a sharp angle that it can hit the curb again. A much wider and smoother return angle would allow it to simply continue mowing along the edge without any further problems. But honestly, that's criticism at a very high level. If I didn't already own my Lymow One Gen1, I would buy it again without hesitation. For me, it was the perfect choice. It was simply love at first sight. Thank you, Lymow! ❤️
The Lymow One Plus was much more reliable than the original Lymow One in my experience. It is able to mow with few error messages and interruptions. One star deducted for occasionally getting struck. No deal breaker. The return process and upgrade process were straight forward and the customer service good very helpful and accommodating.
Great company with good customer service. The Lymow one may have some issues sometimes but there is lot of updates.
Lymow released a product that simply is unreliable. There is a multitude of examples that may be found on the internet. My own experience included wires coming out of one of the treads, blades stopped turning because of overheating motors but the mower continued down the planned track, and difficulties in initiating charging. Service is unacceptably slow. It took 2 months to get a set of blades. One of the responses to the blade issue was that they would send out stickers (white reflective stickers) and two sets of new blades as a "goodwill gesture." They should send out whatever fix as a good business practice. The email I received about stickers to be used as a fix to reduce the temperature of the cutting deck so the motors don't overheat indicated the "fix" was not tested. I've been more than patient and more than supportive, but I think it is time for a class action lawsuit. The company does not live up to what it claims, is misleading on their own webpage about reviews, and is a company I do not recommend.
Great product, great support, after sale team is very great. I love product and its development
I was impressed with how quickly they diagnosed that my mower had failed and immediately offered to replace it. Ivy, the support person, was prompt and described each step. Ivy sent me the shipping label and I used the saved original packing to have FedEx pick it up the day after it was packed. Ground shipping and processing took a total of 13 days, which seemed reasonable to me. It was all handled well and I really appreciate the great support. My new mower is running well.
responses to warrantee issue and back up service was brilliant
The company honored the warranty and provided me with a replacement mower. The customer service representative assigned to my ticket is named Ivy. She did a wonderful job keeping me informed of the progress and providing me advice and assistance throughout the replacement process. Much appreciated.
