What people say

Contacted customer support about a problemdc

Contacted customer support about a problem and received a response in a very short time. Service representative provided instruction and an explanation that fixed the problem quickly. I have been a long term user/customer and recommend MacXDVD as the best product of its kind on the market!

Slick Software with Excellent customer relations

Excellent customer relations, see the problem through the eyes of a user rather than redirecting to a further delay ,Software is a "Work Horse" for those wanting to digitise dvd collections, I converted about 3000 discs to media folder on Mac mini (2022) using a sandisc solid state external drive ,each encoding took less than 4-11mins (depending on how many of the extras you merge from dvd content )which is faster than other rippers I've used ,good investment for me

Excellent software, great support

I've relied on MacX DVD Ripper Pro and Video Converter Pro for years to create video clips for presentations. I recently ran into a problem capturing a FaceBook video and discovered VideoProc Converter works even better. Adam at Digiarty quickly helped me solve this problem. Highly recommended!

I have used this software for the last…

I have used this software for the last several years. Each time I performed an upgrade on the computer, the company was very gracious to send me the updated software and a new key to make sure that the software kept working uninterruptedly. They have fantastic customer service and are only an email away. I’ve been very impressed on how well the software works to download YouTube videos and also convert to other MP3 and MP4 format, add subtitles etc. Very user-friendly. I highly recommend this company and the software.

The program is designed to give a warning if you want to select multiple titles for ripping. Please note this is a WARNING, not ERROR. This is because, there are up to 99 titles in encrypted DVDs, most of which are to fake, just to confuse people. The main title contains the whole movie, you can just rip the main title. Besides, the program works just fine.

Solid Customer Support

I've been using MacXDVD software for many years w/no problems, until just recently when it was time to upgrade. It worked okay for a while, but then began acting funny, e.g.; freezing, display problems, unable to close it out, etc. I figured I needed to uninstall and reinstall the software, but I still wanted to contact someone before I did anything. I emailed the company regarding these issues. They got back to me quickly and agreed that's what I should try, and also sent me the download link and license. The uninstalling process was a challenge, as I couldn't get the program to close even after restarting my computer. Eventually it did (though I'm not sure how), and I was able to uninstall successfully. Once I reinstalled the software I downloaded a video from YouTube to test it out and everything's now working as it should. Though this turned out to be a relatively simple issue I was able to fix myself, it did make a big difference knowing I could count on them for help had I run into more difficulties. Having this peace of mind is very important, and also lets me know this company is legitimate and I can purchase software from them w/out hesitation.
