Very disappointed, on receipt of my diamond art & opening the parce 3 / 4 of the diamond dot bags were broken and the gems fell out all over the floor, the little tray was also broken therefore unable to use it & the stylus is also broke! The frame that came with it is too small for the picture. This was a birthday present & I need the correct diamond dots & correct frame to complete the picture by the end of January. I emailed the company on the date of receipt, 21 January 26, I also left a message on their Facebook page as I did not get a reply to my email. The picture itself looks good, but it's useless as I don't have enough diamond dots to complete it. I would not recommend buying from this company.

I ordered two custom pictures received both first one had a flaw was not sure if the design would work or not there was an extra line or a skip in the lineage contacted the company informed them told them I would try to make it as this was two weeks before Christmas and it was to be a Christmas gift I did make it I didn't form them that it came out perfectly fine and I would just appreciate maybe a discount on a future instead I received a second print two weeks after Christmas which unfortunately is of no use to me cuz it was a very personalized print that is my only complaint

I receive the painting quickly an the picture was very good. I didn't have any glue rivers, Although some of the beads were static, maybe 5 out of25, I cut up a small piece of dryer sheet put that in my storage container and that worked great. Some o the beads stuck together but easily fixed. Overall I was very satisfied
Pros & Cons
My order was custom - the artwork is beautiful on all three pieces Cons...the glue is so sticky, that when I removed the clear plastic covering, static pulled it back, some of the opposite side stuck and it was all but impossible to remove. It actually pulled up some of the color coding. Also, I have never had so many diamonds stuck together, to the point of being unusable.

Overall poor quality
The image was not well defined. It may have been the image, itself, but pre order gave me NO idea of the issues the final image would have. The “frame” that I ordered with it was cheap, unassembled, and simply some wood sticks that slide together… no glass/plastic to enclose the work. I have had much better results from other companies and will not order a custom image from this company again.

Incredible company that truly cares about its customers!
I recently purchased a BTS kit for my daughter, and she was thrilled. Unfortunately, I personally made a huge mistake that damaged the canvas early on. I reached out to Made with Diamonds to see if there was anything that could be done, and I was blown away by their response. Even though the mistake was 100% mine, they handled the situation with extreme generosity and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter could finish her art. It is rare to find a company with this much heart. They have earned a customer for life!

I would give it 0 stars if it let me. I ordered a kit and received someone else's order. I understand it is the holidays and things were busy-accidents happen. I reached out about getting the corrected order. Someone responded and asked me to send a photo of what I received. I sent that in along with the photo that I was supposed to receive. I have heard nothing back. Bad customer service.
