The past projects I have received were wonderful but these most recent 2 canvases are wrong. The colors are not accurate. I am hoping for new canvases.

This is my second time buying a custom diamond painting from here and they never disappoint!! Super high quality and comes with everything you need to complete it.
Lack of transparency
So about two weeks ago ( 1-2 days give or take ) I have ordered an Obanai & Mitsuri art piece from them for my girlfriend. Turns out that after 12 days of not checking on the status of my order it was exactly as i have left it prior to checking it. Which was " we have received your order". To noone's surprise i have received absolutely zero feedback as to when my package is being shipped or arriving after as i have mentioned above, two weeks of waiting. They are probably deleting bad reviews but in hopes anyone reads mine, i urge you not to purchase products from them.
