I ordered the wrong wood-wicks
I ordered the wrong wood-wicks, and so I tried to cancel them right away and ordered the correct ones. They denied my cancellation and now I have to pay for return shipping for a store credit. I’ll never buy from here again.

VERY GOOD SERVICE
Base plus doterra oils doesnt work
customer service was great when I ordered the wrong product. However, the other order I had didnt do that well with my Doterra oils. I used 3 whole bottles of Doterra to 75% of the cocofuse Base. I dont smell anything. I thought this product was expensive for a reason. Am I doing it wrong. can I get a refund. I bought alot.

They offer a sample kit of 10 fragrance oils for an affordable price. Eventhough I didn't know what any of the scents smell like before purchasing, when I received them they smelled amazing.

Very poor customer service
I received my order of 2 cases of candles vessels a week late. Both boxes were full of broken and damaged vessels. Although this was likely a delivery party issue, my emails, messages and attempts to contact Makesy customer service went unanswered. Very poor customer service. Still waiting to hear back how to pursue a refund or product replacement.

The perfume kit is not worth the money
The perfume kit is not worth the money. Everything is little. It’s not enough to do a perfume party. It does not come with a scale false advertisement. For the cost instruction should be included I should not have to have digital instructions only. It also only comes with one perfume bottle.

I don’t think I was sent the correct…
I don’t think I was sent the correct wicks that I ordered. I ordered Ultimate 03.625 and the wicks I received I can easily bend with my fingers. These are much thinner than any 03 that I have ordered in the past.

Great service
The website was easy to navigate, and the fragrance oils for the 10 pack smelt amazing after they were delivered, which delivery was very fast! I ordered on a Saturday and got them on a Tuesday. I can’t wait to mix and match the smells! Also, I appreciate the testing sticks and the magnetic casing for the oils.
