Free shipping doesn’t apply to waxes anymore so I signed up for Ocean to help offset the shipping cost only to find out the wax wasn’t covered with Ocean either. Customer service couldn’t help. Very misleading and frustrating to have such a core product to my business now require shipping to be paid after years of being included in the free shipping cut off.

As a long-time Makesy (formerly Wooden Wick Co) customer, shipping time was much faster than during the move to Texas transition period. Customer service was wonderful and I loved getting a personal note thanking me for being a long-time customer. That kind of attention to detail doesn’t go unnoticed. The wood wicks are the best! this site is unreal ,I order a perfume kit and I received it just looked at it .didn't used or take of of package, found it was not what I thought tried to return the same day or exchange. they don't even give you options. said it can't be returned very upset will never order here again so I'm out of almost 300.00 .CRAZE

My niece loved the perfume making kit! All the scents smelled so good, packaging was cute, & bottles were nice. Everything was easy to make & recipes were helpful. Shipping & delivery were relatively quick.
