Makesy Makes Making Magical

Makesy has always been excellent. I have been shopping with them since before they became Makesy. One thing I love is the 24/7 chat support for product information. Any questions I've had after "business hours" have been answered fully and efficiently. Orders are quickly processed and updates are sent regulary. I am a Makesy member for life to support my business.

My experience was great

My experience was great! Everything was organized and easy to find. However, I do think that putting instructions on using the wax would be very helpful; because there were no instructions I had to go back to the website and hunt for it. Also, you need to put more info on the wooden wicks as far as what diameter the size works with.

Good But Room for Improvement

Entrepreneur Feedback Pros: Quality oils, many FO options, clear and helpful labeling for those who care about clean ingredients/products, improved customer service, orders well packaged for the most part (wrapping of vessels needs improvement). Cons: Lately consistently shorting FO’s by 5%, high prices, no packing lists with orders, often out of stock, no sodium hydroxide (only a 50% mixture), recently discontinued too many products (actives, FO’s, pigments - which affected my line), containers ridiculously priced (tripled when tariffs were increased yet tariffs are not triple the cost of these containers purchased from China let alone justify tripling the retail price). They’ve grown tremendously so I think a lot of the cons are due to growing pains. Their pricing though needs adjusting considering the economy we’re in - our customers are expecting discounts/lower prices yet makesy has kept theirs high and increased their order limit for free shipping (now $199). I had to start getting my containers elsewhere yet makesy wishes to be a one-stop shop…unfortunately pricing and lack of certain ingredients prevent this.
