Bad bad service

My experience so far has been very subpar. I would suggest local counsel.

Funny that I called to discuss the review and still got an automated and AI system. Still never a live person that cares. They just take your money, do the bare minimum and leave you hanging and in despair. Original review: My experience so far has been very poor! They're not touching base. My attorney acted like I was bothering him when I asked for a call to get clarity on an ongoing issue. I just feel like this is a scam. I'm hoping for the best. But the communication is terrible and the father is terrible. My portal said they were moving to preparing my final decree and nothing happened. I spoke with the attorney today finally and he said he would have something for me by the end of day which I have not seen. It is currently 8:29 Central time. I feel like I got duped. Just not confident in what they professed before taking payment. Expensive lesson learned! Update... It's now 08/28 and no one has cared to reach out to me. I've called the number provided and it's just more AI automation.

If I could give Marble Law a 0 star review I would. It’s all AI - the intake forms the people you talk to all AI And then they charge you $5900 for AI Trust me honey Google can help you fill out the same forms for a lot less. I canceled my agreement within the 3 day window - but because I filled out the intake form and my “attorney” called me and left a voicemail I got charged $1000 Any other attorney on the planet you get a consulte for free and then you decide if you want to hire them. This is pure unadulterated bs - all their reviews in their website are AI and from the same day. Don’t do - just say no and find a real attorney!!!!!!!!

I wish I could put 0 as a review…

I wish I could put 0 as a review because this company sucks. No communication, no trust, no actual help. When you think your getting somewhere and getting actual help your really not. They’re scamming me for services they did half ass and jacking the prices for things that shouldn’t cost much. I’ve spent 7,000$ for them to do two things they didn’t even do correctly. Their customer service people also suck. Nestor, he’ll just hang up on you repeatedly. All because I wanted to know how much longer it would be for my refund which is only 3200$ after three months of waiting for that refund. Don’t waste your money they will only waste your time. Your response to call you guys to talk it through clearly isn’t working currently waiting over 30 mins just to get to someone with the phone number you provided.

Pleasant experience

Karemah, whom I spoke to in regard to starting the process of retaining legal help was very helpful and easy going. She walked me through the first steps which entailed creating an account for payments and informing me of future tests and emails. She also informed me that I would need to do an intake and submit documents. I am currently doing the intake and so far so good. The process seems straightforward

I do not recommend Marble Law

I do not recommend Marble Law, and specifically Erica Larson, based on how our adoption case was handled. We paid Marble thousands of dollars to handle what should have been a straightforward adoption case. Instead, we lost a year of time and eventually had to hire another attorney and basically pay all over again just to get our case back on track. One of the biggest problems was that Erica did not seem to know what steps actually needed to be completed or how to complete them. At one point, she instructed us to try to obtain something that we later learned we were not even authorized to receive the results of ourselves. It was something our attorney was supposed to request and handle. Waiting on a letter back stating that we weren’t even authorized to complete this wasted over a month. Our new attorney was able to identify what needed to be done and complete the required steps after taking over the case. There were also serious issues with our Marble client portal. Documents belonging to another Marble client were uploaded into OUR portal. These were not our documents with incorrect information on them. They were another client’s documents entirely. That alone was extremely concerning to me considering these are private legal matters. A significant amount of required steps in our case were also left undone. Communication was frustrating, we were constantly trying to figure out what was happening with our own case, and eventually the court gave us a deadline to get new counsel and get things moving. Then came the refund dispute.- After we terminated Marble and hired another attorney, Marble offered us only $920.75 back despite how much we had paid and how much work was still left undone. We disputed the refund amount. During that dispute, Erica told Marble that she had completed a particular step in our case and claimed the fee for completing it. That step had not actually been completed. Our new attorney had to complete it after taking over. Yet Erica’s statement that she had already done the work was used in determining how much of our money Marble kept. We provided information showing why we believed that was incorrect, and Marble still denied our refund dispute. That part especially bothered me because this wasn’t just a disagreement over whether we were happy with the service. We were disputing being charged for work that, based on our case records and what our new attorney subsequently had to do, was not done. This was our daughter’s adoption. We trusted our attorney to know the process, complete the required legal work, protect our information, and keep our case moving. Instead, we ended up stressed, months behind, under pressure from the court to find new representation, and paying another attorney thousands of dollars to straighten everything out. Thankfully, once we hired new counsel, things started actually getting completed and our case began moving forward. We have completed in one month what Marble law was hung up on for 7 months. I can only speak to what happened in our case, but after our experience with Marble Law and Erica Larson, I would absolutely not use them again. If you are currently using Marble, especially for something as important as an adoption, I would strongly suggest checking your court docket yourself and asking for proof that each required step has actually been completed.

The staff and attorney were professional and easy to work with

The staff have been friendly and supportive every step of the way to arrange an initial meeting with the attorney. I spoke with the attorney and he was knowledgeable, listened to my statements and provided a path forward that seems reasonable and on point.

Marble Law is the firm for you!

I found Marble Law to be efficient, communicative on all levels of the process, and worked within my budget. I didn’t even get frustrated talking with the AI bot. The first AI bot that understood what I was saying and asked intelligent questions!! Amazing!!
