It simply allows a plan to renew automatically if you need additional service beyond your original package. What you've described is not the experience we aim to provide. In the vast majority of cases, eSIMs are delivered immediately after purchase, so we're concerned to hear that you didn't receive yours. We also take your comments about our support response very seriously, as customers should always receive timely assistance, especially when they're traveling. Unfortunately, we weren't able to locate an account matching the information in this review, so we'd like the opportunity to investigate what happened. If you could contact us with your order number or the email address used for your purchase, we'll review your order history, verify the delivery status of your eSIM, and investigate why you didn't receive a response from our support team. If your bank has already processed a chargeback, we'll work with the outcome of that process. For security reasons, our eSIMs cannot be transferred between devices once they've been installed. eSIMs are locked to the first device where they're installed.
