I bought 3 products, one of them came not working at all, and now I have to pay the shipping cost back and when you get it back you‘ll pay it back to me. And after that you‘ll send me back hopefully one product that is working. It was supossed to be a Christmas present.

Always excellent customer service, always friendly. You may pay more, but it's definitely worth it. AAA+++ shop! And I always receive my handheld gaming devices in perfect condition. I've even had a problem with an update on one of my devices, and I was IMMEDIATELY shipped, via EXPRESS SHIPPING, a brand new SD card.

I bought the Smart Pro S with card…
I bought the Smart Pro S with card thinking it would be plug and play with card already set up and each system already mapped. Turned on game system after inserting card. No emulators, no games, no crossmix...nothing. this clearly isn't plug and play. Card was sealed in its packaging. I suspect I am expected to go to a site to download everything. Not what I was expecting. I dont own a card reader nor should I. Heard nothing but great things about this console and mechdiy. Neither ate what was promised. Not intuitive and not plug and play.

If there are still no files after confirming it's inserted correctly, please refresh the ROM by pressing the Menu button (the device might not be reading the SD card). If the problem persists, please send us a video demonstrating the issue. After we confirm the problem, we will provide you with a reasonable solution (if it's an operating issue, we will provide you with the correct instructions; if it's a quality issue on our part, we will arrange for a replacement or refund). Additionally, we have sent you a message requesting a video of the problem. Please provide the video as soon as you receive the message. Upon receiving the video, we will immediately assign relevant personnel to resolve the issue for you.

The Brick Hammer's fit and finish are top notch. I find myself playing it more than the other 8 hand-helds I own. Part of the reason is the custom software installed by Mechdiy. Everything was set up in a way that I would never have taken the time to do. I already bought another device from them just based on this good experience.

I received the console in a good package. 🙂 The only two little points to notice are: The delivery times are a little bit long, and the box of the Trimui is without cellophane. But anyway, it's been a good purchase for me and I really want to thank you for your service!

I had a problem with a component that I purchased from them but this has been resolved entirely and the personal service that I have received has been very good. Emails have been returned within hours and I get the impression that this is a company that values it's customers and wishes to mark a mark in the niche that is flight sim component development.

Online store had incorrect stock of a product i tried to order - unfortunately I never received the product and it wasn’t until I reached out to customer service (14 days later) that I found out they had incorrect product stock. Regardless, customer service was great as they attempted to rectify my order by offering something of similar value with immediate shipping. Although I opted for a full refund instead. Hoping next time their system will have proper stock values as listed on their website. I Would still recommend purchasing from this store based on good customer service.
