Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers deeply appreciate finding rare and hard-to-locate hardware parts easily through the clear online catalog. People frequently mention that the ordered products arrive very quickly, match the descriptions perfectly, and provide excellent overall value for their tools. Shoppers are consistently impressed by the helpfulness of the ordering process and the reliable quality of the delivered items. However, some people mentioned experiencing unexpected shipping delays because certain items were backordered without prior notice on the website. Consumers also noted occasional communication gaps or receiving incorrect parts that required extra effort to resolve with customer support.

I am sorry the part you ordered did not fit correctly. All of our parts are from the manufacture. Did you order the wrong part for your tool repair?
They had what I needed and shipped it promptly. Thanks.
Website is easy to navigate and they ship fast! Prices are fantastic too!
they sent the right part, only took a couple business days. Could not be happier unless they did it all for free ! Daniel Weedon
This was either my second or third purchase from M&M tools. Purchases went well and received items in good time.
Great parts, excellent guide videos for installation. Would buy again.
Thanks for the parts received them the other day , now need to install them
had what I needed for a good price and delivery.
I like everything about this kit except that the white wire pulled out from the piggy back clip when I was installing. I had to cut all three wires and use a wirenut to connect them as a result. The white wire was not connected well to its clip.
Right product, fast delivery.
EASY TO SEARCH AND FIND NEEDED PART. EASY CHECKOUT. REASONABLE PRICES.
Spend about $25 on a headlamp bracket, part never came in.
Great job, you are the only place that had the part i needed.
Glad this company exists, only place I found what I needed
