The company advertises that you receive your purchased item within 30 minutes. What an absolute joke! It's been an hour and a half, and still nothing, and all you get from the support team is palm-off responses at best. Clearly, the company is unaware of the confines of consumer law, which they infringe. I will be reporting the company to the various authorities as well as reporting them for fraudulent trading as they are fully prepared to take people's money and not deliver a product.

Order paid. They asked for bank statement (Revolut) - submitted. 2 times by their upload page, 1 time replied to the sales-at-moogold.com, as this is their support e-mail. Finally, in the support chat came clear, that I need to provide statement of the top-up of the virtual card used for payment. I don't know what others think, but isn't it illegal to request information that will provide your employeer's and/or your bank's name?!? Why would I ever do that? Is this how you want to provide services to people -by obstructing their purchases with useless information requests? Smells like a scam to me. I hope I get my money in the 14-days refund period. If not, I will definitely write here again.

USA whales nightmare
If you are looking to spend big money $1000+ this is not the website to purchase from. The prices are very appealing but large purchases will flag you for fraud as it typically does in some places but this company wasted hours of my time claiming to check and expedite the process of reviewing my documents that I've sent numerous times. Bank statements, license, personal photos, hell I even sent a picture of my work van with the company logo wrapped on with me on front of it that obviously matches the money coming into my bank account, I've done everything I could reasonably to show these people that I am the one spending my own money and they dragged their feet responding aside from a few representatives in the beginning and one cool guy named Jordan that helped me cancel my order in the end. If you just want to get small amounts of Ingame currency perhaps this is a good company but if you are busy like me and barely have time to play and need to throw money at things to stay competitive then I would not even waste my time especially if you are from the U.S. This whole ordeal has dragged on for numerous days amounting to nothing.

I used the Moogold website for a long time and once again decided to top up my account. My payment for $209 in order #7650808 was lost by the site owners and I have been promised to find it for almost a month. I have screenshots, I have an open link to the TRC20 transaction. But the site just stole money and does not respond either in the chat or in the mail.
