Very disgusting customer service and disgusting website ever, I have paid for 4000 bigo live Diamond and 2000 bigo live Diamond at the same day total of 6000 diamond, payment completed, then they put my order in verification, I submit too many times screenshot of payment transaction screenshot, my order number 7910585 for 2000 bigo live Diamond and 7908618 for 4000 bigo live Diamond, but still order not completed, everytime customer live chat said wait for 24 hours, why should I wait for 24 hours, this website is disgusting and pathetic don't buy

Scammer alert I buy 10 MooGold gift card (1500INR) but when I try to redeem those code 3 codes are invalid or already used codes and when I try to talk to Customer service they just keep saying that they don't provide duplicate codes even if I show them proof and when I go get angry and ask my refund they just locked my account and my redeemed Gift card was wasted which was around 4k on that MooGold wallet when I tell them to unlock my account through live chat they keep telling me to email them so I emailed them from last year till now around more than 10 or 20 times but till now I don't get any response from them. So it's totally scam. Reply me Wsy Shana, Caren, Rico if I'm telling lie. I can show you all my proofs.
I had recently placed two orders and they regard them to have an incorrect details. I double check the UID I gave and they were all correct. But they still insist that I have given an incorrect details. I've try to reach them through their live support but it takes 2 to 3 hours to wait. What a poor and worst service they offer. Do not trust the positive reviews. This site is a scam. They will take your order and always return your order with the following reason - "Incorrect Region. Your payment is refunded to MooGold Credit due to the incorrect region your character in. You can place another order here with the MooGold Credits." - which is not true. If you get in touch with their support they will just ghost you and stop replying.

Don't expect quality service. Explaining a situation: made a purchase, and did not receive it thruough 12 hours time, and every time I've contacted support, they were saying that they are experiencing high volumes of orders and I just need to wait. After ~12 hours I made single order that was almost instantly fulfilled, and does it mean they are lying about their issues? Support guy only told me that I need to be patient and wait it to be fulfilled. Now I am in support queue to cancel my order for 2,5 hours and stuck in 5th for already 15 minutes, however, my second account is moving forward pretty actively. What affects how fast you are moving? Avoid using this service to buy PSN card at any cost, or you will just spend hours trying to buy cards. Seems more like a joke rather than great service provider.
Worst experience... They never reply to your email. And never purchase with credit/debit card from this site, they will ask for first 6 and last 4 number of the card, transaction screenshots and what not. Told them it's a virtual card, but idk what else they are asking for...

Hi! I recently ordered mobile legends diamonds on moogold and didn't recieved it. I even sent them screenshots to prove it. Buy they have been just saying me to keep waiting from yesterday. They are not responding to my text on moogold customer service.
Yesterday I purchased a $200 eBay gift card from moogold.com. However, the balance on the card I received from moogold.com was $0 and I could not use it. Order ID #6980164 I contacted moogold.com again today to ask how long I should wait for a response to this issue and if I could get a refund for this order, but so far they have not answered my questions... This is 100% true. I will edit this post if I get my money back.. added: The eBay agent said there was a problem with this code. It's because it was stock from that store for a really long time. If they are authorized reseller's you won't have problem redeeming the codes here on eBay.
