Excellent tenants, but any communication between the Property Manager, Property Owners: C Dan Joyner and otherwise whether, through the HOA board or outside vendors and influence is always: 'Up in the Air' and don't side in the favor of the condo owners. There guide laws all but restrict children playing, in any manner, around the premises so don't be surprised if you never see any. Be prepared to expect the unexpected without proper notification. I think they use many bait and switch advertisements. I’ve responded to two properties. The first one no one responded or called back. The second they said the agent is not available but we can show you other properties.
A fast talking hard to understand representative called and hooked me up with multiple agents. One gave a nickname so I thought they were two different people. They do not explain who they are or how they work. Very confusing. They send you emails with blurred photos like it’s some top secret that you have to sign in to their website to view each time. Cut ties quickly and glad I did after reading reviews. An unpleasant experience that probably would have gotten a lot worse.
I’ve reached out on this site expressing interest in properties. It’s been several requests and no one has reached out. I guess the agents aren’t interested in selling the properties or the requests are not reaching any agents.
This is awful. They have all my house facts wrong and you cannot even contact them. So don’t. They ask a boatload of questions only to bait you but there is absolutely no way to leave a message or connect. The last people I’d recommend. Frankly others you can contact. They do not even put in the work to get anything about my house right so I want them to remove my home which I own from their website. Absolutely horrible to have to look around to leave a review about these parasites. I was an agent in MC MD with WC and AN Miller for over a dozen years. Trust me, steer very very far away. There are good realtors who do work out there. I feel that compelled to make this as a public service message.

You can't even go on the movoto website anymore without having to give all of your information to make an account! I have been sending links to all my friends that have actually purchased real estate from movoto and now they will not allow that anymore! Scr*w you movoto. If you think you're the only real estate website in the nation you're as ignorant as can be!
I have requested to have my property (including images) removed from this website dozens of times. They have done nothing. I was even asked to fill out a form at one point, which has still not been responded to. Instead I just received marketing messages which I did not want. When we emailed customer care, the email address wasn’t even active. There practices should be investigated.
This company has homes for sell or rent advertised but homes are not available they take old real estate adds and homes don't look the way they are now. The home-owners are not selling or renting them out either. Fake advertising. Not a reliable website. False advertisement.

My experience with Movoto was not productive. I did find some places I was interested in, but the Movoto agent never got in touch with me except at the beginning to confirm she would be my agent. Never heard from her again. Movota reps kept calling to ask me "how things were going" but nothing happed to improve the situation. I gave up on them.

Typically the site is pretty accurate with the photos of the properties but there is a misrepresentations of the properties. When you click on the photo it's not what the house actually looks like on the exterior

I agreee with several potential buyers at The Villages at Lynx Creek. This area sounds perfect for me but every time inquire about a mobile hom reef for sale all I get is “circle talk.” Nobody calls me back and the home disappears and then reappears. I don’t understand what kind of sales team The Villages at Lynx Creek has. I am ready to move in 90 days. Sure would appreciate it if a licensed realtor would call me back.
