My agent Kay was irritable and did not want to answer Questions

My agent Kay was not at all interested in answering my questions. She was snippy and irritated when i asked about the properties for sale. She told me "you just need to do your due diligence" and "just drive by the property and see if it's a good fit." She told me i had already asked that question before and was the most unpleasant sales person i have ever encountered. She does not need to be in this field.

Gross

Immediately found out these guys are not interested in helping anyone not spending big money. If you are disabled, on a fixed income, or just low earning and looking at cheaper houses, they will tell you they're not interested in helping and give you "better ways" to find "those kinds of properties". They treat poor people like trash from the second they find out.

The real estate agent provided to us… CP

The real estate agent provided to us was nice however the “work” that it takes to sell a home and to find a home was NOT done through the agent Movato provided. As a couple, we found the home that we wanted to put an offer in on and the agent merely did the paperwork. He would make emotional decisions when it was about business, he did not bat for us nor negotiate when needed. I truly wished I went with my previous agent. As for our home that went up for sale, the agent provided by Movato made a mistake in turning in paperwork without having looked over it (for 3 months) and we truly feel this hurt our chances during a crucial selling season. He also lacked in the extra marketing and communication aspects that could have helped sell the home- he just didn’t try. Needless to say, we kept him too long before we finally let him go after 5months. Our house took a year to sell- sold in the next spring season exactly a year after we first put it up for sell. We watched listings from many different companies for years. We were looking for a home near my elderly parents. Movoto’s website seemed to be the most informative. When a home was available next door one contact resulted in fast response and action. The purchase process we easy and fast.

James Ray.....a realtor you can trust.

I have learned in 55 years in a business that deals with the public that it's all about the people who represent you and James Ray is the absolute best. Low keyed, knowledgeable, considerate and professional. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone buying or selling a home.

I had an excellent experience working with broker Joe. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He guided me through every step of the process, answered all my questions, and made sure I fully understood everything. Joe is reliable, honest, and truly knows what he’s doing. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled broker.

5-Star Experience

My husband and I were looking for a new home to accommodate our growing family after welcoming our son in March. We submitted an interest form to tour a home on Movoto.com, and shortly after got a call from a Movoto representative, who connected us to agent Jonathan Hand. Jonathan set up several showings the very next day, and was extremely accommodating with our schedule in juggling a newborn. He listened to our needs as customers, was deeply knowledgeable about the market, and worked with us to come up with a competitive offer on our now home. Thank you, Movoto, for introducing us to Jonathan and helping us find the perfect home for our family!

After my house burnt down killing my dad and destroying everything I owned and putting me in the hospital for a while I started looking and for months there was only one house I liked at all in my range. I nearly bought it from Redfin who were great, but then somehow Movoto took over and did not seem like they were on my side like Redfin did and then they sold the house to someone else without even allowing me to make a bid. I think his name was John on the phone very heartless, impersonal, and as I understand now, dishonest also.

Cheryl Yohai is the BEST!

Cheryl Yohai has to be the best real estate agent ever. If I could give her a 10 star rating I would. She went above and beyond everything you could expect. Although buying a new home can be a very frustrating and disappointing event, I knew Cheryl was doing her very best to make it a pleasant experience for me. I had two homes before the one I purchased that I really thought I wanted badly. Right now I couldn’t imagine myself anywhere but where I am. She was so patient I was always there when you needed her. Thank you, Cheryl for all your efforts and friendship.

First time home buyer …

As first time home buyers it was very scary to start buying a home when we know nothing about it. We didn’t have much family support or any guidance. We tried few agents and it just didn’t seem like the had our best interests in mind. Then I picked up the phone and got Colleen Basinski on sheer luck. It only did she have the ur best interest at hand, she looked out for what my boys need, and would point out things that aren’t worth it as a first time home buyer. She was with us through all the doubts, sleepless nights and stressful long weekends of waiting for answers. Then she was there with us at the end too, to usher us into our first new home. She was a pleasure to work with. If you me looking for the agent who thinks out of the box, go with her. She will far surpass your expectations.
