Theo Grace ! What can I say ? What a beautiful experience from start to finish, my bracelet came in a beautiful marine coloured box complete with polishing cloth. The bracelet was bought to honour my children, grandchildren and now great grandchild as each of the charms carries their initials. It was speedy delivery and a very secure packaging. I would give 10/10 for Theo Grace and would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Easy ordering, timely delivery.
I’m really not impressed with this business and would not recommend them at all. I purchased an item that never arrived, and despite this, they initially refused to give me a refund. It took weeks of back and forth just to get my money back, even after I made it clear that nothing had been delivered. The whole process was frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. I also ordered something specifically for Mother’s Day because their website stated it would arrive in time. It didn’t arrive for Mother’s Day—and it still hasn’t arrived. Again, they resisted issuing a refund and kept contradicting themselves, changing their responses, and delaying things. Eventually, I did receive a refund, but only after I had to keep chasing them and repeatedly following up. It should not take that much effort to resolve an issue they could clearly verify themselves. To make matters worse, they claimed to send a complimentary gift, which ended up being delivered to the wrong address. When I raised this, they simply said there was nothing they could do and refused to resend it. Overall, delivery is unreliable, communication is inconsistent, and getting your money back is far more difficult than it should be. I would strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this company.

We did also offer to send a free replacement with express shipping at no additional cost, so you could receive your item as quickly as possible. We completely understand and respect your decision to proceed with a refund instead. Regarding the complimentary gift, I’m really sorry it was delivered incorrectly and for the frustration this caused. As the refund had already been completed for the order, we were unfortunately unable to resend it, but I do understand how disappointing this must have felt.
