Not adequate
Few days ago I bought the pass, and since I’ll be going o New York for New Year’s, I wanted to start booking the attractions that require mandatory reservations. However, through the app Go City bookings are still not open. Customer support in the chat told me I’ll be able to book only either 10 days or 7 days in advance, depending on the attraction. I find this absurd during such a peak season. I paid in advance and now I risk not finding availability, especially since on the official websites of the attractions people without the pass can already book for New Year’s!

New York Explorer Pass - a little less expensive
For the bigger attractions the app itself provides the ticket. For other you‘ll habe to redeem an attraction voucher. Overall it‘s very easy to use the app and enjoy the very expensive New York attractions for somewhat less but still expensive.

I liked the activities they have to do
I liked the activities they have to do, they are all great. I didn't like the WhatsApp attention to resolve doubts about reservations, it was inopportune and rude.
I think they should have people who communicate via telephone in Spanish.

Easy to book
Easy to book. A few times the app didn't work, even though it was connected to wifi. We had to then wait and restart it, so we could access the qr codes.

With the New York Pass, you can save a lot of money when booking attractions. Together with the Go City app, it’s very easy to reserve, manage, or reschedule tickets and entry times.
I was absolutely thrilled and can recommend the New York Pass to everyone!

Worked perfectly. You can even change the time of the reservation until around half an hour before your reservation. Sometimes if you’re early they’ll still let you in.

I used the NY Pass during my trip to New York and honestly, it was great. It’s super practical, easy to use, and includes tons of attractions to choose from.
You just show the pass on your phone and you’re good to go — no lines, no stress. I loved how convenient it made everything, from visiting the Empire State Building to taking sightseeing cruises.
Overall, totally worth it if you’re planning to see several attractions. It saves you time, money, and makes your NYC trip way smoother
