Very friendly customer support who answered my request in no time, and I really mean no time! Now I haven't yet received the device, so I cannot say more about it!
Customer service issues
I have ordered but put wrog delivery address. When I contacted customer service to cancel since it was not shipped they told me to provide alternative address. I asked for confirmation that delivery address has been changed from their end but recieved no reply.
Excellent customer service
Nillkin goes far out of their way to satisfy their customers. I had a problem with a phone case and they sent my a different style that I am very happy with. I plan to purchase more products from them.
FOLD 7 THE BEST CASE EVER
Ordered Fold 7 Case after viewing their ad on the instagram, was first sceptical but when I received the case I was out of words. Had many other cases for my fold. None of them fitted perfectly as this is a general problem with the fold devices. However, these guys did their research and development perfectly. The case box was perfectly presented. When fitted the case it didn’t feel like the phone has the case. Sleek and slim. Glue perfectly attached the front of the display with the case. Excellent and thank you

1.Late delivery 2.Item faulty 3.Offered 10% price reduction instead of a return 4.Return policy not honoured 5.Dire warnings of cost of returns to China( even though they stated they organise this in returns policy) 6.Every trick in the chinese playbook for scammers Lost £78 - awaiting recharge request from cc company Avoid at all costs Update March 24th following Nillkin response All contacts from them have been designed to make me accept the faulty products. They NEVER offered a refund and instead my cc company applied a charge back. Avoid and take care with any and all chinese based companies as they regularly hide their returns policy which invaribly means expensive postage to China

Best go elsewhere
While the foldup Bluetooth keyboard looked lovely on the 8th December 2025, here I am, on the 9th January 2026, still waiting for it to arrive. It was suppose to be a Christmas present. It said Shipping method: Expedite Shipping: 3-5 Business Days. Tracking shows it as: Wanb Express 2025-12-18 17:49 Your parcel is at the delivery depot and we'll let you know when it's out for delivery. I have emailed them but have yet to receive a reply. I'll give it another week or so and then I'll be making a claim for a refund with my Credit Card company. From previous experience, as long as you have a paper trail, that is usually the easiest way to get a refund. No faffing around with a company. And the icing on the cake, I have today received an email saying, We fulfilled your order from our store Nillkin Official 30 days ago and would love to get your feedback. I dare give one! My thoughts in writing would be redacted.
This keyboard is a game changer
When I placed my order, I hadn’t realised it was coming direct from China and was concerned at how long it might take to arrive, I need not have worried, probably arrived quicker than had I ordered from a UK company and the keyboard is a game-changer, really pleased with it and would recommend to others.

Great customer service. Gave 4 stars because I believe the case has design flaw. For the most part, case is great, sturdy and backlit keyboard is phenomenal. Definitely high quality materials and craftsmanship. Only is is case does not stay closed. Should be a latch or magnet to keep closed. Samsung Galaxy S10Fe tablet case.

Great case, free pen!
Fits the fold 7 perfectly while maintaining the plus point of the phone - which is how thin it is. The case isn't bulky, and comes with a pen even when the phone didn't support a pen!! The pen in the case just imitates the finger touches with about 95% precision, but still does the job. Love the case overall!

I'm giving 4 stars only because I've had some design issues with the product, otherwise I would have happily given a full 5 because the customer support is refreshingly good. I have stayed with this company even with above mentioned defective product design solely because their service makes me want to see them succeed, and be part of their customer base.

Broken screen protector recieved, no replacement
I received a broken screen protector and customer support refused to send a replacement. Fortunately, PayPal buyer protection reimbursed my purchase. I will never buy from this company or brand again and strongly advise others to avoid it.
